The location and the pool
There was massive landscaping and digging trenches for irrigation and removing grass to replant plants with 10people shouting at each other pushing wheel barrows 1 meter from our room Ncould not rekax in the loungers as people moving them and working there Was never informed of this when checking in or before when booking otherwise would never have stayed with all that commotion all the time No reply from 3 emails sent to k trivedi very unbussiness like

The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the beach.
The presence of cockroach in the room was not expected in a 5 stars hotel. No activities Limited choice for the food.

Beautifully room with a breathtaking view and missive circular bathtub. Exceptional food for breakfast and dinner prepared by a fantastic Chef. And the best cocktails I have ever had.
I could not say that there was much that I did not like. The pool and bar are not verry large which could be inconvenient if the hotel is verry full. But when we were there they were perfectly fine for the few guests.

This is not a 5-star resort. It shouldn’t even be called a resort… We’ve been bamboozled… What a shame. At the end, we decided to leave early and go to a genuine 5-star resort.

Incredible view, comfortable, spacious rooms, heavenly beaches, easy access to everything we needed, romantic atmosphere, fresh food, prepared with a lot of care and thought, and most of all - fantastic people, especially the Resto Team! We enjoyed the hotel, the rooms and the food was excellent. The service was superb.
1. We would prefer that the toothpicks for which we asked at each meal, are preferably those that are purchased wrapped and sealed. In a world of Covid and Pandemic, we believe that open toothpicks could lead to the spread of disease etc. 2. Our preference is that a doorbell at the entrance to our rooms, be installed. It is very difficult to hear knocking on the front door if we are on the patio. 3. My husband bumped his toe very badly on the small step leading from the eating patio into the main reception area. Since this is not a normal set of stairs, we believe that certain ''hazard'' tape methods should be affixed to the small side wall and top so as to highlight the fact that there is a step into the reception area. The same principle should apply to the stair leading from the reception area to the rooms. 4. The internal phone system is very confusing. We only discovered that we had to dial 8 for the operator the day before we left. The indicators printed at the top of the dialling patch (ie reception, room service etc) did not work when pressed.

The hotel was amazing for a five star hotel. I've stayed in 5 star hotels before and sometimes the staff can be uptight and arrogant, but the staff here were the complete opposite, they treated everyone the same. The location is perfect sat right on white sandy beaches in a secluded spot if you like tranquil. The rooms were so big and comfortable and were cleaned regularly.
The breakfast was OK but a little on the small side portions wise. Also you would have to request what you wanted to eat at breakfast instead of having every option such as crepes or pancakes and waffles spelt out for you to choose from.
