I felt like at home, very kind and gentle people. The room was big and clean with a view on the pool. Pointe-aux-piments is very cool: not turistic at all, a little happy corner. It is perfect as a base for a tours in the north

I needed a clean bed to spend the night in and a warm shower. The property delivered that, but hardly anything more.
To make a long story short, the front desk experience could have been better. The room could have been cleaner: as soon as you looked at things closely, you would spot something not totally in order. For example, I moved the night table to reach the plug and found spiderwebs there, and the towel on the bathroom floor had some permanent stains. It was ok for a night of sleep but nothing more if you can afford it. Another thing is that a glass wall separates the room from its entrance, and a curtain covers the wall. The room is stuffy, and when you lock the glass door, for example, when you go to sleep, there is no window anywhere else in the room. However, there is air conditioning, which I didn't use.

Was a nice property with a pool .. staff nice .. I guess 20years ago it was a wonderful villa but it needs some refurbishment
We told the reception about coming late at night after work but when arrived door was closed , phone reception no one answer .. had to drive back home ..

Everything was excelent, from the welcoming side, to the clean rooms, delicious food, nice swimming pool, garden with palms and small birds that making special nests and sing every morning, a unique feeling. Location is great, near the beach. But, above all mentioned, very nice people, the staff, and very good host, our mr. Amal. We will never forget you. Thank you for everything that you did to make our vacation so special. Recommendation for this cozy place.

Breakfast was ample choice. Staff were polite but timid evening menu too limited! Lacked atmosphere !

The restaurant, food at breakfast and dinner, service by waiter, welcoming at reception was great
The room maintenance and cleanliness was deplorable, hair and grime was observed in shower and under basin rim, glasses stored on cupboard were stained.
