Poor
We had to book at the hotel and had to cancel our booking at the Apart Hotel. Would also like to know if it is possible to receive a refund.
Due to the dangerous stairs and my medical condition, we could not make use of the apartment at all. Also, the apartment cannot be called a self-catering , there is only a minute microwave and some sort of convection oven very poorly equipped.

Bad communication- no water - 2 stairs to bring your luggages- nobody to help for luggage.

Very Good
This is facilities were nice and quaint and worth the money. However, there was just two of us and it was much bigger than what we needed. The owners were absolutely exceptional and their attention to meet our needs. The apartments are in an excellent location in grand Bay and we were able to rent a scooter and visit the entire island from there.
It’s not that we didn’t like it. It is we just didn’t need a two bedroom apartment much bigger than what we needed overall had we had someone to split the bill would’ve been absolutely perfect a few times the water stopped working and of course just like anywhere there’s always gonna be Some small bug issues. It’s very hot there and you have to open the windows. There were only air conditioners in the two bedrooms, which was fine in the evening. We were gone most of the day anyway.

The beach is not as photographed, it’s run down and inaccessible
