Disappointing
The location!
Very extremely noisy, property next door has about 30 barking dogs, I woke up in the middle of the night and bugs were crawling all over the bathroom sink into my personal items. I’ll try to submit photo, the night I checked in the two electrical outlets were broken. I had to charge all my devices in the bar in front of the property and allow maintenance company in my room the next day while I was on a tour. Staff so so.

Azure Beach was lovely! The room was very comfortable and the balcony view was breathtaking. The location was wonderful with easy walking access to anything in town. The breakfast was good, too!

Airport shuttle is not included in the booking while it was reported as included.
Sometimes during the day and late in the night, there were not water in the shower and bathroom.

Location was excellent! Staff was exceptional. Ms Siman (owner) very attentive and accommodating. Her Manager Yesna was absolutely terrific. She got us a complimentary upgrade, guided and booked commission free tours for us. Tips to see different parts of the island economically . Recommended top restaurants based on our preferences. Concierge Service. Very satisfied with stay.

Absolutely perfect stay! Everything was spotless, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The hotel is right in front of the beach, and the sea view was absolutely amazing. I felt truly comfortable and well taken care of. Would 100% recommend and definitely come back!

Nearby amenities, beaches ⛱️ close by. Several restaurants also nearby. Easy access to one of the biggest malls. Many positives with the location.
Next to the hotel was a local restaurant with a dog that barked throughout the night, which made it difficult to rest. Unfortunately, this, along with the ongoing construction noise from nearby — constant grinding and drilling with little visible progress — was a real downside to our stay. Perhaps we visited during the peak of the renovation period, but it did impact the overall experience.

Great restaurant, staff and location
It’s right on a main road and the traffic noise is very loud which is made worse by broken windows/not closing properly. I had to wear ear plugs every night.
It’s average on cleanliness and my room wasn’t cleaned everyday and when it was the bedsheets were never changed. Had to ask for new towels once or twice.
Had some trouble with getting hot showers for a couple days but was told a trick by the staff (turn on the tap until it gets hot and then turn on the shower as it “takes a while for the hot water to reach the third floor”…)

Location is excellent.
Wifi is good but it states clearly that it is not "secure"
Rooms had a drain smell - I was moved from Room 307 to Room 306 and it was better but the drains need to be cleaned
Room 307 had a water pressure issue and this was part of the reason for moving me to Room 307.
Linen was clean and bed made up elegantly.
Shower in both rooms sprayed on the floor.
The breakfast was truly not good.
Viennas soaked in oil is not what I would call a Meditarrean Breakfast.
I ended up only having only an espresso every morning which was excellent.
The management did not offer to help me relocate from one room to another and I felt that they should have given me discount based on the poor stay and unhealthy breakfasts.
The staff at the restaurant was very friendly.
As above - it was my worst stay ever in Mauritius
