The breakfast was good. A good balance pf protein, carbs and fruit.
The rooms have a stuff smell and the guard smokes in the compound which sometimes flows into the common area. I wish they would open windows more instead of running on AC to get more fresh air in. The bathrooms are small and the one in the room I got the shower needs to be fixed.

Shami very accommodating, taking care since the booking was made, fast response and she really take care of her customers. Really appreciate the warm welcome and helping us throughout the stay at Ar Rayyan. Nice staffs, nice room, nice breakfast. Will definitely come back to Arrayyan.

The location was fine. The lady who worked on reception, made breakfast and did the cleaning is very nice and helpful. She went above and beyond to provide a good stay. She and the owner (Shami) helped with the booking of some day trips around the island.
The wi-fi had excellent signal in the bedroom but not downstairs at reception.
The possibility of a late check-out.
Despite having booked a Delux Single Room I was put in a twin room with a small barred window that could not be opened (maybe some mixed up or overbooking case?). As I was only staying for two nights I didn't mind. The furniture/decoration is quite old fashioned.
The doorknob needed a bit of fixing.
The TV in the bedroom was not working (it didn't connect to any channel at all). As the wi-fi was very good I managed to steam some entertainment using my mobile phone.
The wi-fi didn't work downstairs by the pool or reception.
As for toiletries, only a small bar of soap was provided (no shampoo or shower gel).

Very friendly staff, excellent location, clean, very good breakfast, great pool area. Clean towels everyday. Good security.
Double bed mattress not good, no kettle in room, very basic room. Very clean. Room is small for 3 people. If room was bigger and bed comfy I would give a 8-9 rating.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location and pool was nice. Breakfast was really good. Chef went out of her way to cater for us. Air-conditioning worked well.
The facilities are limited & beds were not comfy. Furniture is old. No microwave in room.. Had to request for teas & coffees and kettle - Wasn't initially provided in room.

The Host Shami was very accommodating and made sure our needs was met. Like I just simply asked is 4 sockets is what are room had and she got the staff to send us an extention couple within minutes. Our first breakfast didn't have anything that we wanted but I asked what we wanted for our next breakfasts and we got what we wanted. The service is a lot better than I expected at this hotel. Great location too. Walking distance to the beach and nice restaurants

The location is fabulous - five minutes from the beach and close to bus stops and eateries. Its a lovely neighbourhood. Sam was great - efficient, friendly and always available to answer questions. Juliana was also great. Overall I loved the place and will definitely consider staying there again!

Perfect location to the beach n restaurants. Staff was friendly and my stay was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Shami the owner was very helpful with booking my tours for the week. She mressaged me often to see if everything was going well. I felt safe n secured.
She was very caring .
Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Very Good
It's very safe and clean little Villa with a very nice staff. Great contact with the owner. Nice breakfasts made with heart.
Staff starts their work very early, it was a little bit noisy around 7 am. Unfortunatelly they also were roadworks during my stay just outside the villa. But very quiet and calm any other time than early morning.
