I had a bad experience with regard to transportation with them. 1. I requestedan airport pick up, whin they agreed but they wanted to over charge me instead of 2000rs he asked for 2500rs.. when inasked why he told me that it was because the pick up was at night... i arrived 19h. I declined and called my previous driver who just charged me 2000rs no matter the time.. and i didnt even inform him about what the other driver from the hotel was asking me... Secondly when I requested to hire one of the cars. I was told that the owner of the car business doesn't hire cars to Africans... I got so ? ? ? mad and found it very insulting.. I asked why don't they add this mention on the wall where the advert is, why they don't they add it in all their collaterals so that people know.. and why do they take bookings for accommodation from Africans and take the money but refuse to hire the cars... I tried to contact you so that i could cancel this accommodation and change the accommodation, but i wasn'tsuccessful... then I went out to eat. When I came back, I was told that the owner accepted that I hire the car but I should leave 200Euros deposit... which i did. I first took the car for 2 days and then extended for 2 more days... on my last day I was supposed to drop the car at 1h30 I dropped it at 3h45 he charged me 500rs..... I asked again for if they could organise a taxi for me..the concierge guy Lorenzo said yes..but after he contact the guy again, the same guy wanted to charge me again 2500rs... same reason coz now my flight was too early...lol I just called my previous driver again who drop me without any issue of flight being too early or too late...

Beds were not very comfortable

The only thing we didn’t like was the shower. The curtain was a bit short so the water was splashing out while showering

You have to walk around 10-15 minutes to the beach but that’s fine
