Very Good
The location is wonderful; exactly on the beach. The sunset is amazing. The room was very lovely and clean. There's always event in the evening every day, so it's fun to hangout in the hotel. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.
The pool is a bit dirty; water in the pool was cloudy. Not the best place for nonsmoker and especially children because they let people smoke everywhere including the pool area :(

Friendly staff. We had an early morning departure and they had breakfast packs waiting for us, since we would’ve already left by open.
Our balcony door lock was broken. We didn’t make a fuss about it though, the property seemed secure enough.

Disappointing Stay at Pearle Beach Resort, Mauritius
I recently stayed at Pearle Beach Resort and had a highly disappointing experience. I booked a sea-facing "Deluxe Superior" room but was given a garden-view room with a partial sea view. The staff offered an upgrade for 4000 MUR, which I found unfair since it wasn’t my fault the room I booked wasn’t available. They showed no apology or understanding.
Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like water bottles. When I called for water, I was told it would only be available once the bar opened in the morning. This meant we had to sleep without water, which is unacceptable.
The front desk staff was rude, and the hotel lacks 24/7 room service—something even lower-rated hotels offer. The room itself was outdated, and the “Deluxe Club” upgrade still lacked basic amenities like toiletries. I paid 14,000 MUR per night, which was not worth it for the quality of the room and services.
The hotel caters primarily to all-inclusive guests, offering limited options for those without the package. The beach service was poor—drinks were not served during buffet hours, and there were no snacks with drinks when the bar opened. Unlike other beach resorts, they don't serve at the beach beds, requiring guests to sit at the bar or restaurant.
In conclusion, Pearle Beach Resort does not live up to its 4-star rating on Booking.com. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that were far better, and my first two days in Mauritius were ruined. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a beautiful view of the sea and the seat to sit at the beach ⛱️ the food and live music were amazing
I will definitely give it again a try before to see if things will improve.
The mismanagement from the front desk and the reservation people , I was in the hotel for 2 night l before I made this booking on booking.com
When I checked in, I told the front desk to reserve 1 more night for me, and I will stay there for 1 more week .
She agreed, but after 1 day, she saw me passing and called me in an unprofessional way .tô inform me thst thiey could not extend my stay as the hotel is fully booked she she sent me to gold hotel next door to check if they can accommodate me .at that moment, I felt só unwelcome at the hotel by the way she was talking
As I had work in the morning and checked out, I was going to compromise with my work, so I went on booking.com, and I could see the property (pearle beach hotel )had a lot of availability which the front desk said they were fully booked.
So I booked online a different room from what I had as thy was not other option.
Instead of them organizing the other room and let me in the room where I was to work until the new room is ready I for me to check in their asked me to come to the reception where I was asked to wait for 3hour for other check in time ti enter in the new room
Their economic places were smelling bad, and I had two bug cockroaches, and that particular room was not ready for someone to stay in it .better book the club room

The property is clean, and the ocean views from our room were spectacular. The staff are very friendly and always eager to please especially Luqmaan at the Front Office. He is such an asset to the hotel and always professional and helpful. The F&B management team were great and visible and jumped in to assist where necessary.
The food was a disappointment and really needs a huge improvement, as the menu is very repetitive. The drinks service is also very slow. At this price point, one expects a delectable dining experience with seamless service.

I liked the location and the activities provided
The hotel staff is not friendly, the breakfast is tasteless and they never switch it up. We had the same breakfast our entire stay and also the dinner was disappointing especially for it's price. And the hotel cleanliness isn't too good either, the shower had dried up water droplets and they barely gave us new towels nor replace the soap even though it was finished and they are not consistent when it comes to cleaning. On the 1st day they gave us a fruit kebab and the grape was rotten.. and it took them 2 days to take that rotten fruit kebab out of our rooms. Our room ended up smelling like rotten fruit and also their telephone did not work, I called them to come and fix it and they only came in and stood there and didn't fix it at all. We stayed there with a broken phone.

Very nice view from the breakfast terrace; Very friendly and helpful staff; They have a beach stand with beach and sea activities, some of them are free for guests, which was nice; Free sunbeds for guests; Very clean and tidy
They have only a few baby chairs available, some mornings/lunches was difficult to find one; You can't eat at the hotel outside the meals intervals (we had only a bed&breakfast), which are short; Boring breakfast, no variety; Old furniture in the room; No daytime activities (They have a voleyball court on the beach, didn't see anybody organising something there during one week i was there); The beach is full of corals, it can be an incovenient, you need shoes to enter the water;
