The location was ideal for touring the country. Restaurants and shops were conveniently located nearby while providing a secluded feeling away from the tourists.

Excellent location in a quiet part of Valletta, yet just a short walk from the city center. The hotel is beautifully designed, with spotless, comfortable rooms and outstanding facilities. We especially loved the rooftop pool and the wellness center with its cave bath and sauna. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommended, would happily stay here again!

A lovely warm welcome and enjoyed the drinks and canapes, staff very friendly and exceptionally helpful with any requests.
Great choice for breakfast menu and especially with the option of having it on the roof as the staff happily arranged that.
As our room did not have a bath, it was not a problem to change the room which we really appreciated.
The location was perfectly central to explore Valetta and be close to all the restaurants. It was a nice quiet area too.
The only disappointment was the spa was rather chilly and the pool was not hot enough to relax in and the steam room needed to be hotter too. It was great to have the place to ourselves and we enjoyed the sauna.

The property was beautiful and the location was great. We loved the breakfast and all the amenities! Having complimentary access to the spa daily was a lovely bonus! The staff were lovely and so welcoming! They even had rose petals and a heart on our bed for Valentine’s! They went above and beyond!

Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent—freshly prepared on request and absolutely delicious. It really set the tone for the day.
Location: Perfectly situated, just steps away from lively streets filled with great restaurants and cafes. Very convenient for exploring the area.
Room: The room was spotless and well-maintained. It was cleaned twice daily during our short stay, which made it feel extra comfortable and welcoming.
Honestly, I liked everything! Any minor issues that came up were resolved immediately by the staff in a very polite and friendly manner. Their responsiveness really stood out.

Historic building, outstanding decor.
Our room (excellent condition) wasn’t really suitable for people our age. The stairway lights inside the room were not very bright resulting in me taking quite a tumble.

Great service, very polite professional and helpful staff. All of them, from the i chance to enjoy the facilities after the checkout, which is definitely a big plus!
The limited number of guests allowed you to enjoy the place and the quiet environment.
To be repeated! The place is to be recommended,in my opinion.
Overall, the room could have been better. Don't get me wrong:
It has everything and it is clean, but... It's not worth €270 a night.
It's medium size, not a single coat hanger, a part inside the wardrobe, not a chair. The room lacks of natural light, in my opinion.
We didn't know we would have get a bath instead of a shower (I think the client should have been asked to give a preference, at least).
The same bath did not work and flooded the whole bathroom and room. But this is not a big deal, issues can happen and the staff helped out.
I think that the room isn't worth the money. Pretty average, compare to the rest of the hotel.

A lovely traditional Maltese palazzo in the heart of Valletta old town.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff are amazing.
Lovely breakfast cooked to order as well as a continental buffet.
If returning to Malta I would definitely stay here.
