There is much to admire about this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and stylishly appointed, the location is excellent, and the attentive staff consistently deliver exceptional service. The breakfast was outstanding, and the rooftop pool and bar provided a relaxing setting.
The hotel has a sense of understated sophistication, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Every member of staff was dedicated to ensuring our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and completely worry-free. Compliments to the breakfast chefs.

This was such an amazing experience for us. We are from Canada and the staff made our trip!! We will definitely be back! The meals were delicious as well. But the front reception staff were the best I have ever encountered and we have traveled the globe. We even extended our stay although it meant buying another flight! Our room was spotless and the view incredible.

Centrally located on St. Julian’s.
Only two tiny complimentary bottles of water provided for a 4 nights stay. Staff was a bit loud behind the scenes, very close to the restaurant dining area.

very good choice for our vacation. The location is very convenient and offers an excellent sea view. The room was clean, large and comfortable. The breakfast had everything we needed, while all the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again when we visit Malta.
The parking space in the hotel was very limited.
However the hotel provides additional parking spaces at a nearby private parking building which is less than 3 minutes walking distance.

The design of the hotel, particularly the restaurant Zest, was exceptional, right down to the smallest of details. It was a sincere pleasure to dine there all four nights that we were in Malta. The lighting, the soundproofing, the dishware, and the delicious menu made for a quality experience— beyond compare. All of the staff and the service we received was warm and professional in every way. Being from San Francisco, we were used to great food, but this was superlative. Bravo!
I wish the TV had been easier to cast programing. It did not seem to be a standard Samsung interface.

The location was great! Beautiful area, people about but didn’t feel crowded, just safe. The hotel and staff were all really wonderful, service was excellent, breakfast was very good, and the room was super comfortable.

The overall experience was disappointing. The staff was not welcoming, and the room lacked cleanliness (e.g., curtains and sink). The bathroom door did not close properly. Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being on, the maintenance staff entered the room, which was unacceptable.
Breakfast options were limited, particularly in terms of vegetables. We requested a late checkout — at first we were told it was possible, but the next day we were informed it wasn’t. To accommodate this, we tried to book an additional night, but the hotel claimed to be fully booked, even though rooms were still available on Booking.com. Ultimately, we chose to move to another hotel.
