Overall, the hotel is quite nice, but in my opinion it feels more like a 3+ star hotel rather than a true 4-star property. The facilities are somewhat dated and the hotel could benefit from renovation. However, everything is clean, well-maintained, and tidy, which makes the stay comfortable. For a one-week vacation, it offers everything you need and provides a pleasant overall experience.
The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was staff training and experience. At breakfast, dinner, and reception, some team members seemed unsure when answering questions or providing information. That said, everyone was consistently kind, courteous, and eager to assist, so this did not significantly affect our overall stay.

Disappointing
Staff where amazing ,Location made easy to catch local bus etc,Restaurants. But Hotel itself was very Disappointing not what photos shown on BOOKING’S WEB PAGE….It state 4 Stars I would say 3,Hotel is getting renovated,room’s where nicely upgraded as was bar,dinning area’s.

Excellent breakfast, lot's of varieties. Beachfront hotel, easy access to the city, buss stop very close. We got a lovely surprise in the room from the staff, a birthday cake.

The room was on the Marina side, with a lot of noise from some drilling works. We tried to change to the sea view side, but did not achieve it.

Location, poolside amenities, breakfast was good, staff were pleasant. Godwin at the front desk was outstanding.
Pillows, poor A/C in guest room, guest room felt damp, guest room doors were swollen and would stick when opening/closing.

We loved the friendly staff who changed our room without issue when we complained about a small issue. The property is spotless and we hope to visit again next year.

good breakfast, clean rooms
did not accommodate early check in even though we messaged earlier, then kept us waiting until 15:00 on the dot, even though the room was ready and they already had the key at the front desk. this was after we flew all night and arrived at 7AM in Malta.
Construction work was being done on the hotel and I was given the first room next to the elevator shaft where the work was being done. I was woken up at 8AM forcefully with the sound of a percussion drill right on the wall of my room. When confronting the staff the manager said I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT WILL HAPPEN. as a proposed solution they offered to relocate my room for the remainder of my stay which was 3 more hours basically, meaning they could have given me a room farther away from the noise from the start.
Dust in the air on the hallways because of the construction work.
Electricity going on and off, probably because of the construction work, HOPEFULLY.
now on a more general note, bathrooms do not have vents so you will be stuck in your room with the smell of your own ISH.
Wifi doesn’t work as the login screen for their network doesn’t load. Tried clearing cache, rebooting and updating browser.

Amazing location! 10 min walk from the main clubbing area, and the breakfast & hotel pool/spa were very nice.
The lifts are very inconvenient, it takes 10-15 minutes to get the lift , very slow and unreliable

The location is perfect, in center of St. Julians for young adults who want to be close to restaurants, clubs, parties, beaches, etc..
The rooms are old and need a lot of upgrades and maintenance, the bathtub doesnt have a door nor a shower curtain so all the water splashes everywhere
