If you want to go out in Paceville is a good location
This place was disgusting. The mattress and sheets has stains, hairs, and other stuff. The water pressure in the shower was non existent and the shower head didn’t even stay in its holder. The air conditioner in the room was constantly on full blast but the room never got cooler. There is such minimal facilities here such as no kettle, or fridge. The pool is also lined with algae. I would not recommend this place at all especially for the price point, as we ended up having to leave early because the place made us so unwell.

The front desk manager Charles! He was so kind and helpful to me. Being much older than the usual guests, he took an interest in my needs. Also the cleanliness of the complex.

Close to restaurants and nightlife
Room was dirty. Shower was tiny and door was falling off the hinges. They dont even give body wash or shampoo. They gave hand wash, so poorly run. Staff are not friendly. The air quality was poor, likely has mold. They dont even give water. Dont stay here. Pictures are not accurate at all.

Wonderful
The staff were really nice and helpful, the room was spacious, the pool was good(needed cleaning at the bottom though), the location is perfect
The breakfast could have a bit more variety, we did encounter 7 cockroaches in 3 days but our room was ground floor surrounded with plants but i think they could have sprayed something, other than that everything was good.

Location is very convenient at the heart of San Julians Bay, in front of the beach, surrounded by good restaurants, ice cream shops, cafes, and bars.
The breakfast offered with the stay was very simple, and some of the food looked like from the day before. I only had breakfast at the hotel on the first day, and then I preferred to go to an outside cafe and get a proper breakfast.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but our experience at Beachgarden Hotel in Malta was so appalling that I feel obligated to warn others. We had booked three rooms (two quads and one double) and were all equally horrified by what we found: 1. Filthy Conditions: This was by far the dirtiest accommodation I’ve ever seen. There were bugs everywhere, the bathrooms had visible mold, and the bedsheets were stained — including lipstick marks, which clearly shows they weren’t changed. Absolutely disgusting. 2. Misleading Advertising: The rooms looked nothing like the photos. On top of that, they gave us rooms that were not even in the main hotel — they were a bit of a walk away, completely different from what we booked. 3. Broken Facilities: Windows didn’t open properly — some were even broken. Not only was this a safety concern, but it also made the lack of air circulation unbearable. 4. Rude, Dishonest Staff: When we went to the reception to express our concerns, we were met with sarcasm and disrespect from the staff. One of them, named Hassan, laughed at us and offered no help whatsoever. They claimed the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t move us, yet we saw availability on Booking while standing there — so they clearly lied. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were mocked and told it wasn’t possible. 5. No Basic Amenities: In the middle of the blazing Malta summer, there was no fridge in the room to keep water cold — and the air conditioning didn’t work. It was like staying in an oven. I have stayed in budget accommodations before, but this was beyond unacceptable. Between the dirty environment, broken amenities, and unprofessional, mocking staff, this place completely ruined part of our holiday. Avoid this hotel. Don’t fall for the misleading photos and fake promises. You deserve better.

Can be noisy outside but the windows are soundproof. Some loud residents early hours returning from clubs.

I liked the location, staff and clean room. It was cleaned every day when I stayed there It wasn’t noisy since I book a room with the sea view, the view is nice and calming :) The breakfast included was okay as well
