Perfect location, 5 mins walk to Valletta-Sliema ferries. Great views. Rooms equipped with everything need, including a coffee machine. My rooms was on 7th floor with spacious balcony and amazing view of the seaside. Nice rooftop bar with an infinity pool. Very good breakfast.

Very Good
The Room was big and clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom well equipped. Breakfast has variety and was good.
Terrace pool is very nice, with a quieter one on floor 8th and a special word for all the staff as they are very polite, friendly and professional. :)
A bit of smell from the toilet pipes, corridors could be revamped.

Plenty of choice at breakfast. Dinner on the half board basis was beyond expectations. It was served in the five star AXA Palace next door. Access to this was via a connecting corridor. We thought that the choice and quality of food exceptional.
The only slight grumble was that the staff were so keen that they would remove the plate from the one that had finished first whilst the other was still eating. I think it would be better to wait until both have finished before removing anything.

Our stay was perfect- loved the hotel facilities- a beautiful lobby, large room and comfy beds, a great-sized proper gym and lovely pool & saunas. The rooftop pool is a highlight! The reception staff was very kind. The breakfast had everything you could wish for- also lots of fruit, protein-rich meals and delicious desserts. Location was great with bus station just 5 minutes away and several supermarkets including Lidl nearby. Overall, this was a perfect stay and we hope to return! Thank You.

This would be a problem only this time of the year (winter) as it was not possible to cool down the room without opening the window. Also, hard to fill the bathtub

Location is excellent. Right next to it is a modern looking hospital (if it's important for someone).
Excellent windows blocking all the noise from outside.
Moreover the most soundproof hotel I've ever been to. Heard no one.
Breakfast plentiful to cater for all tastes.
The receptionists know the bus numbers to major attractions (give you a printout with small map and bus numbers)
Restaurant prices pretty much similar or even the same as outside. If tired, dine in, save time and hustle..
The indoor simming pool bit smallish, but the rooftop one and the cityviews/seaviews beats everything.
As a courtesy, we were upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony, which made the available floorspace bigger.

Nice hotel, good variety of food at breakfast, pleasant staff, free water refill every day. Great location, close to different bus stations, close to the ferry and the main promenade.
Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, the mattresses weren't very comfortable, some furniture are quite outdated. A lot of noise from the clubs or event venues downstairs, it was impossible to sleep one of the nights. Also, you can easily hear noises from the neighboring rooms and from the hallway.

A great place to stay and enjoyed our stay!! The room was a good size, nice shower and a bath tub, which my wife loved for a good soak at the end of the day. There was also a small balcony with the room. The staff was excellent and very attentive to all our questions and requests. Breakfast was excellent, was pretty much the same every morning but with lots of options, fruits, eggs, cereals,breads, pancakes, etc. The breakfast personnel were also great here also. The location is nice, center of the city, but at the top of a hill. Be prepared to hike up hill, not horrible but if you have mobility problems could be an issue. Plenty of restaurants available along the waterfront and throughout the neighborhood. Heated in and outdoor pools were nice to enjoy.
Our room looked out into the next door apartments windows, so some privacy issues.
The babies swimming in the pools, no special diapers or protection from them relieving themselves in the pool.

We liked everything really - as light sleepers we really appreciated a quiet room and good shades blocking the sun. It was very clean and the staff was super helpful. Good gym, 2 swimming pools (only the indoor one can realistically be used in winter, but it was expected).
Just a suggestion, the places for 3 people in the dining room were limited and all quite inconvenient (right in front of the entrance or otherwise right in the way of people with trays), would really appreciate more seating places for 3 people further away in the room.

Everything perfect and liked that can also ax palace the reception staff great acceptable by top pool area lifts takes to ax palace I prefer breakfast there as it had salmon and champagne ???chose ax victoria due to price difference but everything is same facilities the Xmas decorations amazing

Great hotel with fantastic facilities and the staff were everything you could ask for.
Our room was always cleaned if we left at any point in the day and the distance to restaraunts, ferries, bars etc was ideal
Only thing I'd say was we were promised a double bed but it seemed to be 2 single beds pushed together. No big deal though as it was still very comfy.
