Room and bathroom was large with plenty of space and storage for 3 people. Large breakfast variety and loved the coffee machine. My husband and son swam in the rooftop pool. It was great even in low 60 degrees temperatures but they said the pool could have been warmer. The indoor pool was avoided since it was mainly families with small kids using it. We did use the sauna and steam room several times which was great during our stay. We loved the Happy Hour for cocktails (2 drinks for 12 euros) and the food at the Asian fusion restaurant was great as well. Tons of delicious restaurants nearby which made the location great and it was an easy walk to the ferry to Valetta. Parking was utilized and is only 5 euros a night!

Room was lovely & clean with a great view. Breakfast was an excellent choice of food. The pool area was stunning, loved relaxing there with a cocktail in the afternoon. All hotel staff were exceptional, included a glass of champagne when we walked in which was a lovely and welcome surprise
There is a tour desk in the hotel. The lady who was working there was quite abrupt when we decided not too book through her.

We liked the room, did not use the breakfast option as it was an extra charge, we used the car park which is shared with the Victoria. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was fully booked for Christmas Eve. I would say this is a 4.5 star hotel instead of 5

My stay at was genuinely great. The room was comfortable and quiet with zero disturbances, and the staff were consistently polite and helpful throughout. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent with plenty of variety and good quality. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience I’d stay here again without hesitation

Everything, location central, service and staff exceptional. All requests dealt with expeditiously. Roof top pool gorgeous and pool/bar service could not be faulted. Extensive breakfast choice. Room fabulous.

I cannot emphasize enough how perfect this hotel was for us. The staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping was 10/10 and the food, both for breakfast (Tabloid), lunch and dinner at the rooftop restaurant and dinner at TemptAsian 360 - beautiful. The room was also clean, spacious with a lovely view. The shower was also very nice. The hotel is also closely located to the shops, walking distance to the ferries/boat tours and in a nice quiet area which was a lovely escape after a night out in Paceville, St Julian’s.

Location was nice and peaceful, nice pool area and view. Great balcony view.
Some areas in the rooms just look old and although it is clean and elegant you can tell it’s old and needs some tlc. Paint was peeling off the walls and some of the hallways were kind of old.

The location was very good. The hotel was also good. Staff was attentive. The room was very nice.
The hotel food. We ate there a few times and the food was not good. Chicken tacos chicken was the driest I've ever had. Staff misunderstood our requests (like putting capuchin in travel cups to take to the room). They gave us coffee cups twice. I again told them I'm taking it to the room and the wait staff said I could take it in the open porcine cup and dish. Food service should be reviewed by management. This is not "5 star" quality.
