very good location close to the bus stop to airport, ferry port to Valetta, near restaurants and supermarkets. welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. We enjoy the spacious and clean room. The breakfast was excellent as well. Strongly recommend.
the second elevator is not in operation on the days. It would be even more comfortable if two elevators are available. otherwise we are satisfied with our stay.

Fantastic location right on the Sliema promenade, with easy access to ferries, buses, shops, and restaurants. It made getting around incredibly simple.
Beautiful sea views from the rooftop.
Good value for money.
Clean rooms with the essentials you need for a short stay.
Friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist with directions or recommendations.
Some areas of the hotel feel dated, and a few fixtures could use an update.
Breakfast options are limited, same options every day. But not bad if you stay for a few days.

Central location close to all public tramsport services and local bars /restaurants etc.
Most pleasant and helpful reception staff. Breakfast in the rooftiop ( 8th floor) dining room was adaquate with spectacular views.
The price of our stay including breakfast was most reasonable (excellent value).
The rooms were serviced every day and were spotlessly clean and well appointed.
The lift was very slow and extremeely busy given that one lift was out of order and the working one was small. We coped.

The location was excellent—right next to the ferry and bus stop—with a beautiful view from the room overlooking the bay and Valletta.
The staff were very kind and welcoming; in particular, Alvaro (?) was exceptionally responsive and helpful. Special thanks to him.
Overall, I would describe the hotel as an average three-star property, but it is truly the staff and their positive attitude that make the stay enjoyable.
There were a few details that felt unusual to me and some aspects I did not particularly like; however, overall, I do not regret staying there.

Great location, very close to Ferry terminal. Valletta is just around 10 minutes by ferry. Hotel has nice breakfast with great view to the sea on the 8-th floor. Also, there is panorama terrace on the 9-th floor. My room was upgraded for free from no window room to full sea view which was great. There are many restaurants and stores around the hotel. Hotel staff was very polite and friendly.

One of the two small elevators was not working. They only hold 3 people so this led to long, frustrating waits. Getting to the 8th floor for breakfast was impossible. The wifi in the room was so weak it was useless. The TV is old and only has a few English channels. In general the hotel and everything in it is old. worn-out and broken. Furniture was falling apart. The bathroom is a dimly lit ugly chamber with holes in the walls and exposed wiring.
The hotel was built in 1967 and looks like it has never been renovated. The staff are sympathetic but rather useless in the face of so many problems. My request for a room on a high floor was not honored- but this was a blessing since the elevator was not working. Many other better hotels in the area- stay anyplace else.

The location is close to Many restaurants and in front of the ferry to go to la valetta. Breakfast was really good and the staff very nice
The bathroom is a bit old, and the shower curtain looked dirty. Also the bed were not so confortable and with the bed sheet a bit worned out
