The breakfast was rich of options and well prepared.
The bar on the lobby was also nice and comfortable.
We were staying in the hotel out of active season (February). The room was cold, and there were no additional blankets. At the same time there were renovation works on the floor and it was both dirty and cold air was entering through different gaps.
Both beds broke during sleep (! both me and my partner we are not overweighted and it was more than an unpleasant surprise).
We were not able to book late check out even though we addressed the request on our arrival - we were given the answer that we will know if we will be able to do so in the morning of our check-out date (and we weren't at the end of all).
Some of the SPA areas were not available.

Late Check in and late check out was no issue (might arrived at 00.00) all staff were very accommodating, let me use the gym after check out. Breakfast is large with many options, great value for cost.
Only thing was the fire alarm went off at about 08.30, however I was already awake and part the building seemed under construction so not really an issue.

The staff was super friendly , helpful, and outgoing. They arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport and gave us free drink tickets due to construction outside the hotel. The view from our balcony was incredible! The location is central and amazing. I loved great access to the promenade and great shopping/restaurants
The air conditioner consistently made an annoying noise which never stopped . My daughter and I both had great difficulty sleeping and relaxing because of this irritating noise. Also the fire alarm had a constant green blinking light . We like to sleep in the dark I found this also annoying . I went out and bought a sleep mask to cancel out the blinking light.

Perfect location if you’re going for a more laid back location by the water. Loved the saltwater pool. Seaview double room was spacious and clean. Skytower restaurant amazing.
A/C stopped working for 1/2 stay.
Toilet seat made clacking noise.
2 elevator not yet in operation Reception staff did not know details of Theme nights in Triton restaurant.

Beautyful Hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. The staff was very kind and helpful! Perfect view just a few meters from the sea! The breakfast buffet has about everything! The bar on the penthouse was very beutyful with the Best panoramic view! One of my best experience ever!
The only negative is that there was a lot of noise from the upper floor starting at 7am every morning becouse the upper floors are under constraction.

I like most the location and the room view since we choose the sea view and it was excellent. Breakfast is just good since the food that was serve everyday was the same except some of the sweet. But the food variety is good.
Elevator because it only have 1 and the other still under construction so sometimes it takes a long time to wait.
