Breakfast was nice but the staff made it 10x better. They were all so sweet and polite. I even got to leave my luggage in a room even though I had to checkout. Also right beside a bunch of restaurants and beaches awesome location

Our room was fantastic with an enormous double balcony overlooking the sea. We decided to opt for a junior self catering suite with sea views and it was worth every penny paying a little extra for a sea view. Would definitely recommend this option. We were able to experience stunning sunsets and enjoy drinks on the balcony.

View of Baluta Bay, buffet breakfast every day and great location iff if Tower Road.
Bathroom too small, shower door always banging on bathroom door. Towels were thin and small and could not control air conditioner.

Wonderful
Loved the location and close proximity to bus stops that go everywhere. Rooms clean and updated and beds comfortable. Large bathroom shower pressure and temperature great.

The rooms were very small with no facilities to make tea or coffee.
Of the 3 hotels that I stayed in while in Malta & Gozo, the Regency Plaza was the most expensive and the most disappointing. It did have a small pool on the rooftop but there were not enough sunbeds.
They don't provide complimentary water, pool towels or provide tea & coffee in the rooms.
The layout seemed very dis-jointed as you had to use multiple lifts to navigate through the hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and helped us with the wheelchair platform lift so that my wife with mobility issues didn't have to climb stairs. The room was spacious with a kitchenette that had everything we needed if we decided to make our own meals. Their breakfast buffet was a great value with a wide variety of foods and drinks to choose from. The bathroom was modern and beautiful with a walk in shower. The location was perfect, right on the ocean promenade which we used for evening strolls. We walked past the indoor pool but I think we only saw someone using it one time.
The Costa Coffee just outside of the hotel had weak blended iced coffee drinks. I really can't think of anything negative to say about the hotel itself, it was absolutely wonderful.

I only stayed for one night. My room did not have a window, which means no access to natural light and fresh air. It felt very strange, almost like spending the night in a basement.
Noise isolation was bad. I was waking up during the night a few times because of sounds in the corridor from other guests and the elevator.
Also, the hotel has two different buildings. I didn’t realize this until I was already waiting in the check-in queue, only to be told I had to walk to the other building, which is next to this one.

The view and the swimming terrace. I managed to score a room on the 6th floor, which gave me an amazing view. At the base of the hotel there's also an Italian-Japanese restaurant, and the pizza was great. The proximity to the beach is ideal.
The layout is slightly off, it's a two-building structure, each with its own reception. I walked into the first building and was redirected to the other. In neither case was I greeted properly or made to feel welcome.
The information side can be resisted too. I tried to connect to the internet once I was in the room, and there was no information about the password or which network to choose. I tried to call reception, and even on the phone there was no information on how to reach them. I had to take the elevator back downstairs just to get the WiFi access they advertise as 'fast', it is far from it. I had to disconnect because I need it for work, it was unreliable, and I ended up using my hotspot instead. Even getting a coffee from the terrace bar was a mission.
The location is beautiful and the hotel has great potential, but these small, fiddly issues made me realise I wouldn't return. I'm in town for work and wanted to unwind — next time I'll opt for somewhere else.

The hotel’s location was near the coast and you can reach anywhere even by foot. It was clean, new place. The staff were kind and helpful. They helped us to check-in earlier and let us leave the baggages on the storage. Thanks for everything.

It was newly renovated and is in a good location. View of the ocean was fantastic.
Also having tea and coffee available at 4:00 am for those people leaving early is an excellent choice.
Didn’t stay long enough to not like anything.

The room was too small, but very decent for its price. Good value for money. The breakfast quality wise was basic, but it had many options.
During checkin and checkout the receptionists had problems with their systems. Could not locate the reservation, then they hadn't checked the email they requested about issuing an invoice, and even when they did, they failed to issue an invoice, and issue something like an invoice etc. I still have not received my invoice.

I liked the location and the view! Got the sea view room and it was great. Staff was also very nice.
The room was small, filled with the old and low quality furniture and there was some old dirt on the sides of the bed and mold in the shower.

Amazing stay! The location is perfect, with beautiful views and everything within easy reach. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful experience — I would happily stay here again!
The bathroom felt a bit cold; having a heated floor would be a nice improvement.
