Great room service, room was always found very clean. Even with 4 guys who weren't the cleanest, we were always delighted to find the room in mint condition.
The airco kept switching off every two hours and was locked on a timer that we couldn't switch off. Even after consulting the main desk, it would keep switching off at night.

Superb location, great value for money, accommodating staff, would definitely stay here again.

Location in area can walk along the shore. Nice restaurants. Clean building and accommodations.
Our room had a metal door to an adjoining room and we could hear the guests right next door. They were noisy at times and especially noisy one night very late and obviously we had no privacy.

Location, staff, breakfast, everything was wonderful.
A very nice experience.
Near hotel are bus stations, and also an Lidl store.
From Hotel to Silema boats is 10 minutes walk.
St Julian is also close, for walks on sea area

Location is good, right by the board walk. 200m from swimming spot.
My room window was facing an alley. I’m under the impression most rooms don’t have a window with nice views because of the building orientation. So it’s worth asking for one if it’s important.

Good: Location is top notch, Sliema is really good place to stay. Great view, no words. Clean room, nothing special. Easy to get to all touristy destinations, boats, ferry, beaches, nice bars, restraunts etc
Bad: Internet connection is really bad, I was not able to watch anything. There’s no teapot, no spoons, no cups nothing. Come on, could you at least throw in 1 or 2 cups, 1 plate, and a spoon, for example? I won’t even mention the fridge there isn’t one (but that was mentioned in the description). Noise level is okaish

We were three older women staying in the family room. We wished there were more towel racks or hooks/coatracks in the room for clothes.

Hotel is in a good location within the Sliema area with good links via bus or taxi to other parts of Malta. Good choice of breakfast items. Conveniently located for eating out.

The balcony view is amazing! There is a good drop off lane directly outside the hotel and a bus stop nearby. Cafes and restaurants are across the road and in easy walking distance. The breakfast is fantastic, a great selection and more than you can eat
The bed was disappointing as although the mattress was comfortable, the bed frame squeaked every time you moved. The pillows were a disaster, just lumps of foam in a casing, very uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean, modern but small and there wasn't much room between the toilet and the wall to put your knees. The shower unit could do with a shelf as bending down to pick up soap & shampoo is quite dangerous for older people

The location was great, right in front of the beach, the staff was very kind and helpful, the room was cleaned every day, the breakfast offered cereals, coffee machine, fruit, bread and ham and cheese, jams, chocolate spread, croissants, eggs, beans, sausage and bacon... There was a hair dryer in the room, and a soap, shower gel and body lotion in the bathroom. There's also an air conditioner in the room.
The room door was old and complicated to close and lock, and even when closed the sound isolation wasn't too good, but it makes sense since it's an old building. The shower gel and lotion we were given were made in China and the sausage and coffee at breakfast tasted a bit weird, so you get the impression that they're just getting the cheapest stuff available for everything in order to save money and don't really care for quality, but it's a 2-star hotel so we weren't too bothered, and we didn't get sick or anything.

Room with a great view. When we asked for a kettle and cutlery the staff immediately responded. The room was cleaned every day, new towels. Converters for electrical outlets provided (great bonus). TV channel selection great too. Easy acess to the coast across the road - great for walks. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Noise from neighbouring rooms was annoying at times.
