Wonderful
Diverse breakfast options each day; great solarium; excellent cleaning each day; strong A/C; convenient location with much in walking distance and easy access to public transportation options. Small lounge area and luggage storage were added conveniences
Others have noted there isn't really space to put things in the bathroom. The not flushing toilet paper got to be very frustrating.

Overall okay, staff were all kind and helpful and polite. The senior man1 who was working in the day we arrived 21.08, including the woman and a tall man - all 3 of them were kind, professional and helpful (which I cannot say for the senior man2 who was working during the day on 27.08 - he clearly had problems with his younger colleagues I quote from his words “I worked 20 years in this business and never seen such situations, the new people come and they do not know anything”, - and HONESTLY? I really do NOT want to know or get engaged into the “beef” staff has between each other, what did he expect from me? (P.s this situation was because he could not find our room keys - which at the end apparently were under a stapler on the desk)
Facilities are kept clean, cleaning was everyday, room has a fridge and a TV and a private WC,
does not have a safe,
Swimming pool is so small - (in life hot tubs are same sized) so there was no point in getting into it.
View is of course beautiful, see the photo attached.
So my conclusion is: the hotel is okay and you can choose it if you plan to come at night and leave in the morning and have your breakfast elsewhere.
we had the room with a seaview and balcony - you will see tons of other reviews mentioning the awful food smell coming from restaurants below the hotel - BELIEVE them, and yes it is to an extent where you cannot stay with an open window/door, so we had to run AC all the time without getting any fresh air while staying at the seaside…
Breakfast had a VERY SMALL selection. If you do not consume pork - then there is pretty much nothing warm/hot to eat. Other food like hashbrowns and etc were sooo dry - one had to drink water after each bite so it goes down your throat lol ?

Joe was knowledgeable and provided helpful information throughout our stay. Our room was compact featuring a side-street view. The location was outstanding! The local bus stop was a few feet from the hotel’s front door, with several dining options and a mini mart within walking distance.
: The shower dispensers were unlabeled and difficult to tell apart. To make matters worse, one remained empty for two days despite our request to have it refilled.

The location is excellent. It's on the street where you can walk on the promenade, enjoy the amazing bay view, bars, and food. They serve a good breakfast on the roof top. Their staff is very helpful and kind.
The elevator is quite small and the room we had was a little tight in space.

The location was good and transport was easy. The room had three beds which was good for us.
There was limited room to put toiletries and no hook in the bathroom. For one night it was good, but not if we would have stayed longer.

Location is good, bus stops mearby, restaurants, nice bar just couple steps left of hotel, easy walk.

Central location, located at boulevard with good bus connections
The (small) tv was not easy to navigate. Most disappointing was the rude waiter during bfast. As a result did not use the bfast facility anymore during this stay. Better quality and for sure more pleasant service in the near distance.

Location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi. AC. Good view from the terrace. Pool.
No safe box! No minibar! The bathroom was a mess, no place to hang the towels, water went everywhere, we had to use our towels to dry the floor. Room service also lacked, some days we had hand towels others don’t. Someday we had floor towels, others wouldn’t. We had to ask for towels and for body wash. We paid one day for breakfast and never again, coffee was disastrous, it was so disgusting that we couldn’t drink it. Breakfast food could be better. Really not worth it.
