Amazing location! Breakfast was included for all guests and for the price it was actually a really nice breakfast. Friendly staff. We got fresh towels every day. We got a side sea view even though we didn’t pay for one! We would definitely come back!
The cleaning could be better. Everything visible to the eye is clean but when I dropped something under the bed and went to get it, the floor under the bed was very dirty and there were empty shampoo bottles from previous guests (the bed is a good 15cm above the floor). The rooftop pool is VERY small but we didn’t really use it.

Location is Great ??
Looks old and dirty - it's not actually filthy but does not fell neat or clean. The photos are misrepresenting the place especially the rooms. We got the room that was in the category inidcated but looked way cheaper. They posted pictures of the best rooms and called it a category. Bathroom also felt strange. Did not dare shower without slippers. The AC was a nightmare, we could barely sleep from the noise it was making. The rooftop pool was overcrowded. It looks like a big pool, until you realize the hotel has like 130 rooms. Breakfast was looking good, but could not chose anything actually tasty. We both ended up with tummy issues after and opted for a nice and safe cafe in the area.. so it was not worth getting it.

The rooftop pool is great, the staff was helpful and polite and the room service comes every day. We also went to the gym. Its small and not that well equipped but ot was ok. The breakfast was amazing and had a large variety of foods.
The staff sometimes forgets things like toilet paper and towel changes. Also, our balcony door was stuck so we couldnt close it the first few nights and the noise from all the partying kept waking us until my friend and i pushed it together with all our strenght. Otherwise, we dont have many complaints. The hotel stay was better than expected

Wonderful
We had a fantastic girls' holiday here. The location was perfect, with Pacevill just a short walk away. The outdoor pool was our favourite part of the stay, and the room service was excellent. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we were very happy with our stay. We would gladly return in the future.

Our stay was very disappointing from the beginning. The bathroom was in poor condition, and every time we took a shower, the water leaked out into the hallway. The towels were dirty, and the blankets had an unpleasant smell, which made the room feel unhygienic.

Location is amazing and the hotel has all the facilities you need, swimming pools are beautiful and the fact of having an agent inside the hotel to organize your trips is certainly a plus.
There was a hole in the bathroom door, the phone wasn't working, I told the reception but they never fixed it. Not a very good quality breakfast.

Exceptional
An outstanding hotel with exceptional service. From the reception team to the breakfast buffet staff, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and professional. Special thanks to Patrick and Maryam from the breakfast team for their incredible hospitality and genuine care for guests. They made a great stay even more memorable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning in the future ??

I liked the breakfast. Excellent and constantly replenished, even if you go at 10am everything will be the same as early in the morning. The location is also good, close to the bus station, promenade by the sea, market, cafes and restaurants.
I didn't like the room. I didn't get what I booked. The pictures on the booking show all new and renovated rooms. I got a room in the old part of the hotel. Old bathroom, uncomfortable beds, windows hardly open and the terrace door does not close properly, so the noise from the street is constantly. There are no blinds or dark curtains, aiir conditioning and ventilation do not work. Smells from the kitchen kept entering our room even though we were on the 3rd floor and the kitchen is on the ground floor. The room is not cleaned every day and you have to ask for it several times in order for them to respond. They only changed the towels and bed linen, they did not scrub the bathroom and the floors. Very poor cleanliness of the entire hotel. The open pool is ok. Bar at the pool, very modest coffee from a cheap machine.

Very Good
The room was spacious, and the front office staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is great, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There is also an Indian restaurant called Saffron close by, and the food there was excellent
The buffet breakfast was average, with the same menu every day, and it tended to be crowded on some days. The staff were not attentive, and the service felt lacking;

Good location and the bathroom was clean and nice.
As other reviews mentioned the staff is not friendly besides one very helpful guy at the reception.
Walls have VERY bad insulation and we could hear other people in the rooms and from the outside also.
The outlets in our room were broken.
Very high price even before the high season.

Wonderful
The hotel has a great central location, with many attractions within walking distance. It’s a solid choice for a few days’ stay, comfortable, convenient, and overall at a decent standard. A huge plus is the rooftop pool with a side view of the bay.
It’s worth keeping in mind that the area is quite noisy, in the evenings there are loud parties and drunk tourists around, while early mornings come with noticeable street noise. The bathroom could also be better maintained.

Location and Wi-FI was good.
The room wasnt propertly cleaned, they took 4 hours to provide me with a simple request for an Iron & Iron board, the telephone in the room did not work to call reception adn the freezer in the room was very noise that I had to keep it off to be able to sleep.

Wonderful
Location was great, close to the main streets in St. Julians. Room was nice and clean, the cleaning staff did a great job. The roof pool is amazing. I asked for a later check out because of my baby, they accommodated us at no extra cost.
Breakfast could be a little more varied. Every salami they offered was made from pork, as were the sausages.
