The garden with the beautiful flowers, its quiet nature with lots of birds. Loved to cats roaming the grounds. The cliffs off Kintra from incredible!
No shower in the bungalow. Was a little dated.

The pool was wonderful, breakfast was fantastic, reception staff were super helpful and welcoming. Actually all of the staff we met were great. We didn't need much as it was a quick stay, but the hotel was beautiful and peaceful and gave us a well needed mini-holiday.
The shower was a tight squeeze, with nowhere to put your toiletries. Seemed very strange and cramped for such a lovely hotel. And the bar shut rather early so we didn't get a nightcap as it was just after 10.30 when we got back to the hotel.

The location was fabulous, pools were amazing and staff went out of their way to make stay so relaxing. We upgraded to half board, it was worth every penny. Beds were extremely comfortable. Decor in lobby and bar was very tasteful.
The bathroom was in need of repair (shower and bath screens broken and corroded). walls needed painted. Tv was too small for 5star hotel. Furniture was chipped and the decor did not reflect the rest of the hotel (attention to detail and styling required).

The grounds and pool area were immaculately kept. Breakfast was really good with a wide choice of products.
Property is very old, rooms still have the 70s popcorn ceilings, mini bars are empty therefore its just an empty old and dirty fridge. Furnitures and fittings are dated and not up to scratch in a supposedly 5 star hotel. Water takes ages to drain in wash-hand basin, toilet was overflowing up to the rim. Moreover, rooms adjacent to the spa are anything but quiet since guests in the spa can be heard chatting throughout the day.

A good and varied selection . The Location was an oasis of peace and tranquility .
The Spa had no changing rooms but only showers and toilets . Too restricted to change comfortably. The bedrooms we were in had windows which overlooked the outdoor spa pool. The loud chatter of the women , which started from the time the Spa was open and throughout most of the day up to the time of closing, was annoying when one was in the room .
