Wonderful
It was very clean and in a great spot in Marsaxlokk which was close to everything. We enjoyed the sunroom common area. Our host was very good and we felt safe and secure.
It was a very good property. We were unable to locate where to do laundry and this might be a good question to answer for longer term guests.

Great place with excellent hospitality. The woman at the reception was very helpful, she let us leave our luggage early and even check in ahead of time. Special thanks to the cleaning lady for keeping everything spotless, the place was exceptionally clean. Our room was comfortable, with a large bed and a small fridge. There is a coffee machine with free coffee for guests and a lovely sea view from the rooftop terrace. The location is great, close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Highly recommend this guest house!

Beautiful place right at the beach and next to all restaurants. The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful. It feel like a very nice 4 stars hotel. There is a nice espresso machine you can have a coffee or tea anytime.
The breakfast wasn’t good. It is place in your room the afternoon before and it was like a continental breakfast everything were packaged and cold.

Extremely clean rooms and reasonably comfortable beds.
No kitchen facilities in the rooms except for a kettle and fridge. My fault as I never read the details properly.

They promoted breakfast with the room I paid for ( with sea view) they correctly discarded the booking that was made a few seconds later for another room , I have no idea how that happened but I contacted within one minute of seeing the error and they took the room off. They didn’t have to so I was grateful they corrected the error. I have stayed with friends before and breakfast was included and I was pleased to see that breakfast was also included when I booked. And I share the advert below
I received confirmation of booking the day I was arriving so didn’t have chance to read it but was informed upon arrival that no breakfast was now provided unless we paid extra. I wouldn’t have eaten but my husband if 80 still enjoys his breakfast. Secondly the tv was on a wall to the left of the bed at 90 degrees and all t making facilities was in front and we actually had to put the kettle on the floor to boil it as lead was not long enough to use one high on the wall. The room was clean but no fridge and no telephone as described in the advert and we had the sea view room. The. Station was clean and the laying reception was very pleasant. But we won’t be returning and neither will we be recommending

The hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants and near the sea. The room is well-equipped, and the staff is very helpful. Despite the early check-out, the staff organized breakfast.

The location was very near the seaside were we could see all the colourful boats
We were not informed that there was going to be a power disruption. We haven’t seen anyone at the reception throughout our stay. And the pressure from the water tap was very low.

This accommodation is in a great location just a couple of steps away from the harbour and all the main cafes and restaurants. Also close to the bus stop for the airport and the bus stop for getting around to other parts of the island so you really don't need a car.
The breakfast is very good and you get a lovely view of the harbour. The ladies working at breakfast were very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional
I'd read a lot of reviews before my trip so I knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed. Excellent value for money, Jeanella the main point of contact for the guest house is a delight, warm, friendly and happy to help. Room was spotless, bathroom all good and complimentary wine and water were a nice touch. Excellent location, just a few meters from the harbour front.
Coming back to a freezing cold UK

Great location, and friendly staff
Heating in room didn’t work, it did get a bit cold at times.
There was a split system that didn’t work, so a small portable heater was supplied. We couldn’t feel any heat coming off it except for when you were standing on top of it and it was very noisy
