Place was so quiet and peaceful. Beautifully kept . It was a quiet time of the year and we had a pool all to ourselves. Room was spotless and the most comfortable bed imaginable. Staff were excellent , so friendly. We checked in late and were treated to a bottle of wine on the house by the staff who worked at the party marquee. Couldnt recommend it enough.
Only a small gripe . Our room was under the breakfast outdoor area and we could hear it being prepared quite early.

The room and bathroom are spacious. Very good airco.
I can not say this is a good hotel, I can not at all recommend this hotel. If one is looking for quietness or sensitive for noise, this is certainly not the place to be. First of all, I asked a quiet room, preferable on a top-floor. I got myself a room between the reception-room and the breakfast-room. As such, there was a lot of people passing by and in the middle of the night, some are shouting, laughing and talking loud. But OK, this can happen in other hotels as well. Furthermore, the hotel also organizes events. Parties for marriages, family gatherings, parties for children,.... Out of the 4 days that I stayed in the hotel, during 3 days there was a lot of noise due to these events. During one night, there was loud music until late in the night. The following night there was again an event for young people who also made a lot of noise outside until late in the evening. And during 2 afternoons, there was also music playing loud in the afternoon until the evening. Not everyone goes on holiday to party, some want to explore the region the whole day and want to go to sleep rather not too late. The people that claim it is quiet in the reviews probably had the luck there were no events, or I got unlucky that there were about 4 events in 3 days. The room I booked was called a room with a view on the garden. However, the room I got, had no windows at all ! The bed is way too soft. Breakfast is very poor. There is no buffet. When taking continental breakfast one gets everyday the same plate with 2 small roasted slices of bread with scrabbled eggs, 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of ham. Luckily there is also fruit juice, however, it happened once it was only presented after having finished breakfast. Ants are crawling over the floor in the bathroom and on the sink/lavabo.

We loved the theme of the room and the balcony overlooking the garden. The choice of breakfast was good. And the staff were very friendly. Free parking (although please note it is street parking and on the weekends it can be limited due to private events at the property). Property was a very central location which was great. The accomodation also recommended loads of good places to eat and visit which was really helpful.
The breakfast sometimes varied in quantities which was disappointing, for example missing croissant or only 1 omelet circle with the Maltese compared to two the previous day.
The room could do with some cosmetic upgrades, not enough to bother us other than the toilet seemed to leak from the bottom on the last day leaving an unpleasant smell.
Please note on the weekends there are private events held such as childrens parties so near this in mind if you expect a quite escape on the weekends.

Our flight was very late in the night, but a day before the host facilitated our check-in. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The bedroom decoration is charming, and bathroom is good, although the bathtub is not as practical as a shower, but I think the bathtub adds to the relax and charming experience. Breakfast is good, but it is not a buffet. You have to choose between 3 options such as English, Continental or American breakfast and the staff brings it to you. The swimming pool was also appealing because it is not the usual rectangular shape. It is beautifully integrated in the garden resembling a big lake. The location is in the center of the island, so if you have a car you can easily travel to every point. There is not a dedicated car parking, but you can easily find a spot in the street nearby if the hotel is not very full. Overall the hotel is very beautiful and charming, but it could be enhanced.
The worst thing about this hotel is the constant noise from the street. Bedrooms are next to the road, so every time a car passes by, it hits a manhole cover which makes a very annoying noise (I couldn't even sleep with my ear plugs because it is a structure noise that vibrates throughout the walls). I think this could be fix easily by speaking to authorities, but I saw many other reviews from the past stating the same, so I guess this is something that will not be fixed soon. Another disappointing thing is that the spa is not included in the price, you have to pay to use it. Finally, don't forget to bring a mosquito repellent, because this area is full of mosquitos and flies. During the breakfast the flies were very annoying. Unfortunately the noisy room, spa not included, and a lot of mosquitos have taken down the whole "spa and relax" experience.

we enjoyed the whole stay but the spa was our favorite, u have to book before hand as they only allow 6 ppl at a time which is fantastic, breakfast was lovely and the staff all happy and ready to help, honestly cant wait to go back

Amazing place to recover from a busy trip. Spa facilities worth booking, immaculate. Clean room, by the pool. Loads of shade and greenery. Very attentive staff. An oasis in busy Malta. Netflix, and the most comfortable bed ever. Pool clean and great for swimming. Will return. Off the busy roads.
The only thing the property cannot do anything about is the noise from road. As you are below the road you will hear when cars go over the drain grid but it is not s major issue

We stayed here in mid October and we had a very nice experience. The staff is friendly, the room was clean, comfy, and we had clean towels every day ?and also shower gel, body lotion & shampoo) .
We had the room with the bath tub outside, on the terrace, which made our stay even better (I highly recommend it, especially if going there with your partner).
Also, the location is very quiet, but it was still easy to get to the spots we wanted to visit. We took the bus most of the times.

The location is very nice and staff was very friendly.
More options at Breakfast would be great. Especially vegetarian/vegan options. It was not clear which facilities we could use and which not, which created confusion and sometimes disappointment, like for instance when the kids could not use the trampoline or the indoor pool. There should be clear signs and reminders when there are private events. It would have been ideal for our room to have a door - or at least a separator / divider - between our beds and the kids beds.
