The level of service provided by the st Regis Macau was unlike anything we have ever experienced. They gave us a room upgrade, butler bears and a cake complimentary for our honeymoon. They genuinely cared about making our stay memorable and it was the best stop of our trip, noting we stayed at other five stay hotels throughout our stay in China.
Only that we didn’t stay for longer!

What we found exceptional was the service we received, on just an overnight stay. From checking in to leaving, we were well taken care of. The head concierge Ms. Lisa Li, was especially attentive to our needs, and we felt really pampered.

A remarkable hotel and team, who went above and beyond to make our stay awesome and memorable! Wonderful service, food, and rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Every staff member from the pool team, lounge staff, front desk, and manager went out of their way to acknowledge us and ensure our comfort. Just, WOW!

Absolutely amazing hotel! The location is super convenient — right in the heart of the Londoner complex. The room was luxurious, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the housekeeping was outstanding — they even arranged my belongings beautifully every day, which was such a lovely touch.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of high-quality options and top-notch ingredients. The only downside was the wait time — I had to queue for about 15–20 minutes each morning.
Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

There is nothing to complain indeed. Everything was pleasant the minute we stepped into the premises. The bell, the front, the butler, the porter, the maid and everyone we encountered on the first day and throughout our 3 day stay was very hospitable until the last minute we were leaving the promises.
The ambience, the room, the amenities, everything was beyond our expectations.
We would like to thank St. Regis and the staff who took care of us and provided the freindly welcome to our stay in Macao. If we ever come back again we will definitely stay at St. Regis.

My family and I received a warm welcome from all the hotel staff. Mr. David Leong was especially helpful and provided us with excellent recommendations on places to visit and how to get around.
The breakfast buffet was of very high quality with a great variety of options, and we also had the choice to order from the à la carte menu. One thing we truly appreciated was the late breakfast service, available until 1:00 PM.
The hotel is located in an outstanding location — right in the heart of Cotai — surrounded by top shopping and dining spots. We could easily walk to The Londoner, The Venetian, The Parisian, MGM Cotai, and Studio City.
There was nothing we didn’t like, but we would like to suggest that, given the high room rates, it would be a great addition to offer a Club Lounge for guests during happy hours, perhaps from 5 PM to 7 PM.

The housekeeping response quick when we order more teas, coffees and bath salts and arrived room very fast. The pool is very nice. We can see the Cotai night views perfectly.
The tub seems water leaking so when we had bath on the tub the water went away. I expected we could be offered free drinks from minibar but here's not when I had free drinks from Wynn Palace and Altrira and Galaxy.
