The Hotel has a very modern design, the room wasn't extremely large but it was very well decorated, with fine details. Bathroom is outstandingly comfortable. The whole corridor is dark blue based with abstract painting on walls, very harmonious design. I was on 18th floor, the room service staff was particularly friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Lisa. I have been to my fair share of hotels to know when the service distinguish itself.

We recently stayed at The Londoner Macau with my senior citizen mother and my son who has a disability, and I can honestly say this hotel exceeded every expectation we had.
What truly set our stay apart was the staff. Their service was absolutely exceptional — attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. Traveling with family members who have specific needs can be stressful, but the team at The Londoner made us feel completely looked after every step of the way.
The location is a fantastic bonus — right in the heart of Macau, making everything so accessible. But at the end of the day, it was the people that made our stay unforgettable.
If you're looking for a hotel where the service is the star of the show, look no further. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s themed, but not so over the top to be corny. The rooms are spacious and pretty and very comfortable. But the best part was the staff, they are so helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Jo at the Concierge‘s desk; she was amazing.

Very impressed the suite that I stayed. The luxurious design with caring details. Every year I visit Macau and this is the best hotel suite that I ever stayed. Home keeping team with great service. Front desk staff handle my request patiently. I’m very satisfied and enjoy my couple days break in Macau.

I wasn't expecting an upgrade, but was amazed at the suite. I will be telling my rich mates to book that suite. Massage chair was a great idea, japanese toilets amazing. The bed quality was fantastic, but pillows so so. But everyone is different so I would suggest to maybe have a pillow menu like some hotels have in hk. But overall very good hotel! I will be back, staff were excellent and very professional!

Luxurious living down to the finest details: a coffee machine that uses coffee "pods", a jewelry box containing bathroom supplies, plusher slippers, bath salts, electric curtains + blinds, and nice plush carpeting in the room. It was very well thought out. The Hotel must be quite new as everything in it also seemed new!
