I was traveling solo and for me room had everything necessary. It was quiet spacious, clean and fresh, utilities are good, location is excellent if you’re into historic part and visiting Lisbon casino. Stuff is super nice and friendly. I took a shuttle to the Sofitel casino and from there 10 minute walk. Take a bus to every direction is fast and easy.
I saw some ppl complain that there is no breakfast option. In my opinion it’s ease to go from the hotel up the street to the dead end and then turn left again and there will be HK style restaurant which is cheap and serves huge portion breakfasts with coffee and other dishes too. You can choose other restaurant if you want, most of them pk there

- The location is good. - The room was nice. - The staff are very nice.
- There’re doing some maintenance for some rooms that starts at 11am. As the lucky person I am, one of them was exactly next to my room, so that morning I woke up with a headache from the super loud noise of the used equipments. - The staff were very helpful changing my room when I asked them to. But I was told that from 11am-6pm is not a quiet/resting time lol.

The room was a decent size (although we were upgraded to a larger room) and had all the amenities required. The location is excellent if you want to explore the historic centre. It is comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Booking.com states that you can purchase breakfast there, but there is no option to purchase breakfast. They instead direct you to several cafés in the vicinity.

Value for money. Spacious and clean including the bathroom with tub. Easily accessible through Bus and Taxi. The staff was friendly and helpful. UNESCO World Heritage sites are at a distance of just a few minutes from the hotel.
