Staff from the receptionist to the house keeping lady are super helpful and friendly. They called a taxi for me early in the morning when I got ill and needed to go to the hospital. They handled my luggage with care and kept it in storage free of charge after I checked out. They answered my request for additional toiletries and garbage disposal immediately. Rooms are a bit small but kept clean and everything is in good working order. Towels and bedsheets are immaculate. Prime location. Literally located on one of the busiest and most decorated streets in Macau, with good restaurants and shops for souvenirs. 3 minutes walking to the most iconic landmark of Macau, the ruins of St. Paul’s church. But above all, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff is the secret sauce that makes this place remarkable.
Showers leaked a bit of water out onto the tiled flooring in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom could be stronger.

I was traveling solo and for me room had everything necessary. It was quiet spacious, clean and fresh, utilities are good, location is excellent if you’re into historic part and visiting Lisbon casino. Stuff is super nice and friendly. I took a shuttle to the Sofitel casino and from there 10 minute walk. Take a bus to every direction is fast and easy.
I saw some ppl complain that there is no breakfast option. In my opinion it’s ease to go from the hotel up the street to the dead end and then turn left again and there will be HK style restaurant which is cheap and serves huge portion breakfasts with coffee and other dishes too. You can choose other restaurant if you want, most of them pk there

The location is great, lots of local restaurants nearby, bus stops are just few minutes walk. Three minutes walk to Senado Square and five minutes to Ruins of St. Paul and Museu de Macau.

- The location is good.
- The room was nice.
- The staff are very nice.
- There’re doing some maintenance for some rooms that starts at 11am. As the lucky person I am, one of them was exactly next to my room, so that morning I woke up with a headache from the super loud noise of the used equipments.
- The staff were very helpful changing my room when I asked them to. But I was told that from 11am-6pm is not a quiet/resting time lol.

The room was a decent size (although we were upgraded to a larger room) and had all the amenities required. The location is excellent if you want to explore the historic centre. It is comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Booking.com states that you can purchase breakfast there, but there is no option to purchase breakfast. They instead direct you to several cafés in the vicinity.
