It took too long to check in due to complicated process and they need to scan your ID and so on You pay deposit and you need the same credit card when you check out to get your money back The location is not the best

Comfortability and proximity of the hotel to tourist spots is great. Staff were helpful and accomodating.
They're strict when it comes to refilling coffee and/or bottled water. You need to consume the whole 22 hours before they give you another set.

Basically an agreeable and comfortable hotel. Decently located a few minutes' walk from the historic part of Macau. Staff on duty were basically friendly and helpful.
Room was pretty small and for two people felt quite cramped. Bathroom even smaller. But I guess that's Macau for you! Decor slightly dowdy / old-fashioned.

Awesome location. Walking distance from St Paul's church Ruins and shopping area and street food. Neat and clean hotel. Staff were helpful. Bus stop at the hotel doorstep
