Everything and everyone here contribute to providing for the most memorable stay.
Indoor and outdoor facilities are 6 stars !!!
Walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf , Sands , The Macao mosque , and very well located.
From outside heated large swimming pools and jacuzzis / Spas to the Thai restaurant and the multiple bars and food places and shopping high end fashion. Products Art Galleries , shoe and bag. Even have multiple rooms for conferences and work related meetings if required.
Sir William and Sir Edgar at Concierge and Reservations are among the most respected and kind people and Violetta from the room service department and Mr Patrick from HO has ensured our Wedding and Honeymoon period will remain each year with at least a weekend at the Artyzen Grand Lapa Macao.
And oh, my wife enjoys the hot bath-tub everyday. So, we’ll surely coming back here, for it is so comfy and feels like home when we’re here.

Good location, closed to Sands hotel where you can take free shuttle bus to cotai strip, closed to many good restaurants. Staffs are helpful and quick response to your request.
We booked 4 non-smoking rooms which located in non-smoking floor but one of the room smelled strongly of cigarettes.Anyway, front desk changed the room for us in a few minutes. BTW, we noticed the smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel corridor on our floor every evening even our floor was non-smoking.

The room was very comfortable. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Macau Grand Prix, and it was just downstairs! We even had a view of one of the straights from our window.
Also, Breakfast was very good, even for my son who is a very picky eater and rarely enjoys hotel breakfast.
I would like to thank your hotel for a very pleasant stay. Starting with my communications with your staff such as Annie Leong, who assisted me when I shipped 1 suitcase directly to the hotel via Fedex, she ensured the concierge was aware of its arrival, as well as held it for me for 4 days until I arrived.
I really loved the welcome I received , the fruit, cookies, bottle of wine etx. It was very thoughtful.
The location was wonderful. I really enjoyed the comfort.
The staff was very attentive, always asking if we need anything. It was truly a pleasure to stay at your hotel. Thank you

When my wife was ill from food poisoning and I had to run an important business meeting, the staff immediately stepped up and offered to deliver porridge to our room and check on my wife.
On the day when my wife was bedridden, they wouldn't let my daughter swim in the pool without supervision. She is 12 years old and an excellent swimmer. Safety first but they have lifeguards and should have let her enjoy some time at the pool.

We loved everything about our stay at the Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau. Our balcony room had a fabulous view, our bed was heavenly, all staff were incredibly helpful, the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have seen, the pool and poolside food/drink service was a huge plus and the ability to have late checkout all made our stay first class!

I had such a wonderful stay at Artyzen! The in-room dining was not only delicious but also very generous in portion size—perfect after a long day. The room was always spotlessly clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job.
The service really stood out. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming every time we entered the hotel, which made us feel truly valued. When we needed a taxi, they were quick to assist and always made sure we were taken care of. The check-in process was also smooth and friendly.
Overall, this was truly 5-star service in every way. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite and had a very enjoyable experience. The suite was spacious, clean, and offered a nice view of the city. The staff were kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant.
Although the hotel is located in the central part of Macau, getting around was very easy—Macau is compact and walkable, and the hotel is also conveniently close to a free shuttle that connects to other parts of the city. We'd definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

A beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, fantastic swimming area and staff who are polite, attentive and committed. We stayed here as part of a larger group with friends and couldn’t fault it. As a family of four a two bedroomed suite was a similar price to two normal rooms but came with extra treats like cookies and port on arrival, a bottle of champagne on ice and also gave us more seating space. We ate in the Thai restaurant which was great, had food by the pool which was good and drank in the pool and hotel bar. All were reasonable in price. Staff are exceptional and we would come here again as a relaxed weekend away from HK.
Location is okay - near to the Macau ferry and Fisherman’s Wharf but everything else is a taxi ride away - door staff are however great at flagging taxis down for you. Pool side service was very slow at times - I used the QR code as requested and it took 30 mins to deliver two drinks but overall service was good.

Every thing is perfect .. Altgought the location is lil bit far from the famous areas.. about 20 min by taxi.. but they provide shuttle.. love the hotel loved every thing.. thank you for having me.. i even chang the date and minimize the period of reservation for an emergency situation and its was refundable but they refund any way.. you can see every one there are smiling .. I highly recommend..
