We like the gym, the water station downstairs, and the shower shampoos.
When booking the hotel, I was given to understand the room was for two adults and one child; however, the staff advised that if I needed a third towel and other amenities for the child I must pay an additional MOP 200. This felt a bit like false advertising.

I like their L’occitane shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner!!! I love the smell. Staff are really friendly and helpful! Also, i like that it’s walking distance to everthing! It’s close to super marker, walking distance to st paul ruins and senado square! also their free water!

A very clean boutique hotel located in an excellent downtown location with excellent access by bus and taxi. The old town is within walking distance. Many good restaurants and cafe nearby.

The decorations, amenities and staff.
Location was not ideal for taxis but great for public buses and local eateries. The coffee machine needs signage for usage. Water tank empty half the time so maybe provide pitchers of water for refilling.
