Wonderful
Perfect location. Spacious and very comfortable room. Extremely comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast. An ideal place for a short city break, with everything within walking distance.
Please be aware that there may be occasional interruptions in the water supply. This issue is beyond the hotel’s control and results from municipal water management problems. The room is equipped with an electric heating system.

Central location. Amazing staff. Good room size.
Bed was not very comfortable. Mattress was hard and only two pillows were offered. The height of the bed frame was pretty low, and my head could hit the switch on the wall when sleeping.

Great location to the main square and walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. The room was very spacious.
No one at the reception desk, had to wait a while for someone to check us in. Hotel charged me higher than booking price upon checkin. Shower had hot water, but the shower head is high up and directed towards the curtain and the wall so you cannot turn on the water to shower unless you hold it the whole time, otherwise water will be everywhere. Breakfast was late, we had a time sensitive morning departure.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance to so many great places. The included breakfast is so good. If you're looking for a budget hotel in the middle of everything, this is it! I'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel is located on a quiet car free street just minutes away from tourist sites. Most of the staff spoke English and if someone was there who didn't speak English they would call someone who did. Breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel

The only good thing here is the location.
The suite is huge, but there are tons of minor issues, like holes in the wall. Breakfast is pretty average. You need to wait really long to get hot water. On the last day, they told me there would be no breakfast at all - and after some moment of confusion just brought a single toast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately one staff member didn't speak English, but they tried very hard to help with a translator.
Whilst the rooms are very clean, they are warn and could do with a repaint. Having stayed at several higher range hotels in Mongolia, this is a consistent theme and this place is great value, location and service.

This was a hotel with personality. Lots of good places to eat nearby, easy to find, quiet and clean. Great location.
The mattress was a little uncomfortable and probably needs renewing.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, perfect for exploring the city's sights, theaters, restaurants, and shops on foot. The staff were a highlight, incredibly helpful and multilingual, going above and beyond to assist during our 5-night stay. Comfortable bedding and adequate cleanliness were positives, and both rooms were comfortably warm during our winter stay. Despite the issues, I would still choose to stay here again if the price is reasonable. We stayed in a chain hotel in Ulaanbaatar after our flight was canceled, and the Urgoo Hotel's location still beats chain`s comfort for me.
the breakfast was a mixed bag, with some items not as expected (waffles, oatmeal). Unfortunately, the hotel's interior showed signs of wear, particularly the carpets, bathroom facilities, cabinets, and desk, and the water quality was subpar. Note that there is no AC in the rooms.
