Mattress was rock hard. Cold water was boiling hot, unable to take a full shower even after staff member adjusted water pipes.

The beds were pretty uncomfortable for a long stay. Fine for what we needed

One thing that certainly needs to be improved is to supply full cosmetics as shampoo, new soap for each new guest in the room, body cream. The price would certainly allow for this.

Wifi was absolutely terrible, almost impossible to work from my room. The bathroom door lock got stuck and I called them numerous times and it took 5 hours to come help me unlock it. Property was very hard to find. Office was rarely open. Didn't take credit card for payment. Elevator is not useful for 1st or 3rd floor.

1. Continuous noise day and night, kind of mechanical hum of unknown source, which was especially loud when you put your ear to the wall. I had problem falling asleep during my first night. It's shocking that the staff didn't know about it, and when I brought them to the room, they confirmed this noise but could not do anything. 2. Unequipped bathroom. Just towels and an old bar of soap. I had to buy everything else by myself. The face towels were in fact the same hard towels which you put to the floor after shower. 3. The shower itself was clogged and the shower head was leaking and spraying water. I learned that late in the evening, when the staff had already been gone and refused to come back to repair. So I had to do everything I could by myself, with my fingers. The shower door could not be tightly closed, so I had to take shower trying not to spill water through the slit. To me, this sort of negligence is just plain disrespect to the guests. 4. Lighting everywhere in the apartment was just bad. In bedrooms, you just had the very bright ceiling lamps — and nothing else. So, I just bought candles and lighted them in the evening to have some nice subdued lighting. 5. The floor was not very clear, and there were no slippers offered. Some shelves in the kitchen were dusty, had to clean them. 6. Very few sockets available everywhere in the apartment, and they were located in inconvenient spots. I had to buy socket repeaters to connect notebook, lamp, and phone chargers. Again, just plain negligence from the owners. 7. TV did not work. And in fact, the socket was sparking. I gave up trying to switch it on. 8. The breakfast was just poor. No options available, the breakfast is minimal and the same everyday (a small soup, fried eggs, slices of fat sausage, one slice of soft cheese, instant coffee, one bag of tea, one small cake) — and not really tasty.

The apartment could be cleaner, especially in corners that don't seem to get swept regularly.

The only minor issue is that taxi drivers can find it difficult to find- but when they call Tsolmon he ensures they find the way.
