Its definitely nice to have a fully equipped apartment to call home while in UB. However, they are not really serviced - room cleaning is only once a week. They cater more to long-term guests which made for a fairly uncomfortable and lengthy check in / check out as we had to go through every single item in the apartment (even when I had to leave for the airport at 5am!)
I was really disappointed with the service. I arrived around 12:30 and was told that the apartment was ready - but I could only check in if I paid a substantial extra fee even though it was already ready!! So I had to drop my bags and wait around. I thought this was a really poor start and I was frustrated at how unsympathetic the service is. Also the inventories of every item down to the last teaspoon was awkward.

Very impressive apartment! Lots of space, well-stocked kitchen, laundry machine, ironing board, etc. Very quiet. Coffee shop and grocery store on the first floor of the building. Very kind and professional staff working at reception, they respond quickly through booking.com messages
Entering the building for the first time is a bit confusing because you have to walk through a coffee shop to get to the apartment's reception desk. The bed was a bit too hard for my taste.

Above all, the level of care and attention of the staff was excellent, as well as their agile response to any situations. THE STAFF IS GREAT and remembers every detail! :) The apartment is very large, quiet and mostly comfortable. Slept fantastically. The windows and room temperature were great, and the kitchen equipment very convenient. Downstairs supermarket and convenience stores are a great addition.
The shower curtain gets entangled when shower is on, and the curtain bar can be a little unstable. Also, the lights inside the apartment are a little bit dim. Finally, if this apartment could also be equipped with a washing machine like other apartments in the facility, it would be more convenient.

This place was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable to stay in. The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful - showing us how to use the washing machine, offering us a fan to borrow etc. The location was central too and not far from where we wanted to go. There is also a shop right on the ground floor which was convenient.

Spacious apartment on the 5. floor with elevator. Mrs Kerry the manager is very friendly and always keen to help us, we thank her very much! The Tanan Center is located in a quiet neighbourhood very near to the city center. On the ground floor there is a nice coffe shop where you can also order a light meal to take away. There is also a convenient mini market with everything you might need. Parking the car is very easy, there is a lot of space near the apartment.
Maybe a little bit old fashioned decoration of the apartment, but that doesnt really matter.

The staffs are warm and helpful! Location is super good with a coffee shop and supermarket within the same building! Facilities are great, two bathrooms so convenient for two ladies!
The sign is not clear on the main road, we arrived at night and could not find the entrance easily..

It was very spacious; great to have a store room for clothing and suitcase etc. It was very clean, the shower worked well and the bed was comfortable. The host helped me by loaning me her bus card and meeting me early on my day of departure to collect the key.
Having to do such a major inventory of everything in the property both on arrival and departure: every piece of crockery, cutlery etc. counted.

The Tanan Center staff was great. They went above and beyond our expectations. They helped arrange transportation, recommended sites to see and helped create an efficient and well thought out itinerary.
Not much was not to like. Initially our tv, phone and WIFI didn't work but the staff fixed the issue promptly.
