Poor
The apartment is clean and spacious.
However, it was very hard to communicate with the staff even if we used middle person. They mistook the order for breakfast, and was hard to ask for help to book taxi. Overall, apartment is good but I really hope they can improve on staff with hospitality.

Good location, it is very close city centre and shopping malls. Building have cafe and supermarket. Room heatings are very warm. During December which i can just wear a t shirt inside. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.
Air pollutions in the city makes me ill.

Very good location, just walking distance to Chingis Khan square and museums. Nice restaurants around. The coffee shop on downstairs very good also supermarket there which you can find whatever you like. The reception staff is very attentive and solves even the smallest problem immediately, and they are also very cheerful.. will go back soon and definitely stay there.

This was exactly as shown in the photos. The location was great - close to everything. The coffee shop and convenience store below were very useful! Angie went above and beyond - we arrived at 4:30 am and left around the same time and she was up and helped us check in and out and arrange transportation to and from the airport. We didn’t take advantage of the fully supplied kitchen, but this is a great feature to have. Would definitely stay here again!
Elevator was a little slow and very small - you could maybe fit 2 people with 1 suitcase at a time. This wasn’t an issue for us, as we stayed in November, but we could see this being an issue during peak tourist season. One other thing (which may not have been the apartments issue) was there were very loud construction noises at 12:30 am, when we had to be up at 3:30 am to catch our flight. This was out of character as the rest of the stay was very quiet :) Finally, they only provide 2 half rolls of toilet paper - it wasn’t very much so if you’re staying longer than a day or two, you’ll have to buy more (from the convenience store downstairs!)

Location is fantastic, great shower pressure, very handy to be able to do laundry. The wifi was fast, and the mini supermarket downstairs was so handy!
Check in can be quite tricky, especially if you get in early or late. If you dont have a phone that works in Mongolia, be sure to arrange someone to meet you there at a certain time. The kitchen could do with a few more basic appliances. Bed was quite hard and pillows very flat.

It is a nice apartment located not far from the city center. A coffee shop and a convenient store makes stay here easier. Super helpful staff help me book the ubus to the airport. Highly recommended!

Thank you to Kerry to help out on all my questions and her advises on my trip. Tanan is great location and very clean and tidy place. You can walk everywhere and grocery shops just at ground level. much recommended.

Easy check-in. 24 reception with English-speaking staff and excellent support. Supermarket and Café at the ground floor are super convenient. Good location. While not new, apartment was spacious and comfortable. Good bed and pillow. Quiet at night.

Our room has a balcony so we could have dinner with the open air. There has a washing machine for doing laundry and a store room where we could keep our baggages and stuff inside. The staff passed us a cooler for 4 days because there didn't provide air conditioning. We also shopped in Tanan Mart for our breakfast and dinner. It has a coffee shop in the ground floor so we needed to pass through it to the lift and up to our 4th floor.
We didn't get hot water for showering because the power socket was broken. The staff helped us to find a repairing man. It was a bit uncomfortable. It would be better if tthe room got some salt and oil for cooking for travellers need.

Good location. Very helpful manager. Supermarket below the apartment. There is also a coffee shop but it was closed when we were there. Quiet neighbourhood.
Beds are generally quite hard in Mongolia
