Nice old hotel, clean.
I cannot comment on the breakfast, I didnt have it
To have in mind that there might not be hot water on the 4th floor. It seems there is a plumbing issue and the hot water might not be reaching the top floor. This seems to be common issue in Mongolia so I wouldnt criticise the hotel for this. Otherwise the stay was nice.

The location just off Sukhbaatar Square was very convenient and extremely quiet as the hotel stands another building that faces directly on to the main road. Very friendly service and a good buffet breakfast.

Very central hotel, close to walk to my office as on a work trip, big sized room with desk, good internet. Overall good value for money.
Breakfast was a little basic and repetitive. Reception staff took a long time to process check out and then attempted to add another 5% onto my bill. I challenged this and was told it was tax. I pointed out the booking receipt already included 10% tax. Staff then said it was a 5% service charge. I again challenged it and the charge was removed. Disappointing that the hotel would attempt to do this, if they want to include an extra 5% then be up front and add it to the fees on booking.com so customers can consider overall value at booking. This upset an otherwise very pleasant stay at the hotel.

Everything was fine. Very clean location, near the Center of the city.
The clean-up was not done every day. Maybe the personnel should be trained better. If you are in the room when they arrive for clean-up, they will not come again later.
The breakfast should be more various. The coffee could be better. It was somthing too long, without any taste from my point of view.
Anyeay, a good location. I recommend it!

Hotel in city center, closest to central Sukhbaatar Square. I had a large and quiet, well equipped room with a comfortable bed, fridge, kettle etc. The Puma is well known in Ulaanbaatar, but the atmosphere in the hotel is a bit cold and the charme is a bit from yesterday.
The breakfast was a bit poor in my opinion, but they prepare fresh eggs. Finally I'm not very sure if you get helpful tourist informations at the reception desk.

Great location and value for money.
Main lights didnt work and couldnt get into the bathroom as door was locked shut. However, the door was quickly resolved by staff, so no issue.

Prime location, the room is spacious and you can see in the details that they are aiming for the higher standards. Very helpful staff, am still very grateful of the lady at reception who went above and beyond to help with my problems.

The room was clean and big enough. I enjoyed breakfast, especially an omelette, vegetables and fruits. The staff was helpful.
I think the room smelled a little like cigarettes.
The coffee shop didnt accept a visa credit card.

Located at the heart of Ulaanbaatar, this hotel boasts its favorable location for those who do not have a car during their stay. The hotel is located just north of a shopping center "Galleria Ulaanbaatar" and two minutes walk from Sukhbaatar Square. Recently renovated, overall facility of the hotel is tidy and clean.
The hotel overbooked and tried to kick me out when I arrived around midnight. I stayed two nights until the day before my new reservation. I checked my luggage and noticed that I would come back very late the following day. In spite of my notice, the hotel sold my room to a girl, who finally kicked out of the room instead of me. If you are arriving late at night, it would be better you urge them to keep your room one day before arrival. It seems that they are more concerned with getting immediate cash than maintaining good faith. My room was a bit smoky.
