Wonderful
The location is just brilliant, close to the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. I also liked the size of the room, which had comfortable beds. The receptionists can speak English, and they were very helpful with hgih hospitality mind.
I did not like that I needed to listen to the sounds of the silly videos that the kitchen staff were watching in the backyard when having breakfast. I felt that they were more concentrated on their private things than the hostel guests.

Nice hotel in the city center. The room is big enough. It was a little outdated but the price is respective. The staff is friendly and prepared a breakfast box for me.

Karaoke noise the first night was bothersome. The hotel was very gracious and let me move to a different room away from the noise by the second night.

The hotel is in a great location- walking distance to Parliament Square and restaurants/malls. We did not notice any noise issues with the local bars, and the double glazing was pretty effective. The hotel is dated, but our corner room was large and clean. Wifi worked well. Plenty of plug sockets. Bottled water provided. Breakfast was basic but tasty enough. Staff members were available to cook eggs for you (albeit slowly). Staff at breakfast were disengaged and were very slow to clear tables.
The bed was outrageously hard and uncomfortable- easily the worst bed I have ever slept in. Whilst I appreciate that the firmness of a mattress is a personal choice, the mattress in this hotel was truly unpleasantly hard. The shower head was hanging off the wall and soaked the bathroom when used. The wall mounted hairdryer was weak and barely worked. The hotel lobby was dark and unwelcoming, and the restaurant was not open.
