They charged more than the price shown in the app total rip off charged 50k tugrug more

The management is not honest, they are putting low price, but when I was paying they converted USD to local currency nearly 10% higher than commercial exchange rate. Plus it seems they reclaim that I didn’t stay at the hotel for not paying fee to Booking.com

Hotel is old and room not clean. breakfast was disgusting and disorganized

We stayed 7 nights, but there was only one night when everything was in place. Something (towels, bath mat, tooth brush, etc.) was missing every day. On the second night, the towels were only half dry - almost wet - and we had to dry them by hair dryier up to certain usable condition. And the bath floor towel mat was missing. When we found the towerls were almost wet, we brought them to the front staff and asked for replacement, but she said "That's normal. All towels are like that," and only agreed to bring the missing bath floor towel. However, after spending 20 minutes for drying the towels to a certain extent, the missing floor towel had not been delivered, so we went to her to ask for immediate delivery. She answered, "It's only five minutes, not twenty. Don't you see, I'm eating!" showing her lunch box. I asked her name and requested immediate delivery. In 7 minutes, the towel was finally delivered and we could take a bath. The front staff is changed on a few days rotation, so we encountered one of the best in industry, and one of the worst during our stay.

Reception staff should be more friendly. She basically shouted when I asked for my room to be made up. When cleaning staff cleaned the room and asked for an extra towel, they gave me a wet one.

Shower was broken..not well maintained

The wi-fi was terrible. It did not work most of the time, and if it did, it was only in the corner of the room near the door. Basically unusable! The room smelled of a bit of cigarettes when I arrived, though I didn't notice it on the following days (maybe I just got used to it?).

The internet the second time I was there did drop out and didn't really connect as well as it did in the room I had the previous week. I think it was the room, as there was not other issues when I moved out of the room and another guest has a similar problem on that side of the hotel too.

-Wifi didn’t work properly. But they immediately start fixing it; -couldn’t enjoy breakfast as we don’t eat pork meat.

Some time they did clean our rooms but some of our towels was taken to change and not been brought back, as well as the shower mat. We had to ask them several times to get it back to the room.

Beds were hard.
