It was an amazing experience. I had 17 hours stopover in Ulaanbaatar. As promised, the hotel manager, Ms. Ganaa picked me up from the airport at 3:30 am (even the airport name written on my itinerary was wrong due to the agency mistake that i bought, she double-checked and came to correct airport). She was super nice with a great language skills. The room and the other stuffs were all nice. They arranged all according to my schedule, even the breakfast time. They helped me to utilize my 17 hours in most perfect way. In the end, Ms. Ganaa dropped me back to the airport perfectly on time. It was a great experience. Very clean room, super kind staff, and not greedy management I strongly suggest everyone. I can clearly say that the best hotel experience of my life.

From the first moment you enter the hotel, you are struck by the wonderfully welcoming and homely atmosphere. The hotel's rooms and service are superb. The hotel staff surround their guests with attention and care and go to great lengths to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised with a "compliment" from the hotel when we were offered a fruit platter on arrival! We are also incredibly grateful for the laundry service we received, which the hotel provides free of charge! Fantastic! We are thankful to all the staff at the hotel! And special thanks to the hotel manager Munkhtsetseg for her high professionalism and friendliness! We will definitely come back!

Close to lots of shops, Dragon bus terminal. Cheap and clean. Breakfast included, but I didn't have time for it. Minibar is well stocked. Good pillows!
Hotel staff speaks very little to no English. Luckily, the older manager spoke good Russian. No AC in the room.

The staff was very friendly and did their best to accommodate our requests. The "standard double" room we had was recently renovated and really nice. The "comfort triple" was a little older, though perfectly comfortable.
As others have noted, the location is a bit out of the way, so not really walkable to the main sites, though just a short taxi ride.

I booked the room for my wife. She was getting help from the reception whenever needed. When the driver was delayed by the traffic while driving her from the airport, after my request the receptionist contacted the driver to check with him, even though this is not included in the service by default. I think the stuff was very kind and helpful. The room was great and very comfortable. The option to get the breakfast in the room was great and very much needed to rest a bit more.

Although the location is far from the center of Ulaanbaatar, it's a good hotel. I admired the staff, they were extremely polite and very helpful. For, example, the hotel did not have an iron, the receptionist bought the iron and an ironing board.
