Really really amazing, the house is super clean, warm and nice. It located in the city centre which near all the famous visiting points, like the Blue Sky, the Sükhbaatar Square…just ten mins walking. The landlady is quite nice, she cooked delicious breakfast for us. These days I have to deal with several meetings, and she even let me use her office room, so moved?? and gave me some Mongolia gifts when we left today. Miss you so much and love you so. Wish you all the best in the future❤️❤️❤️

Clean, really comfortable bed with curtain, location in city center, super friendly manager Yukka, affordable room rate.
Just for improvement:
- kitchen to cook/eating
- lounge room for travellers hangout
- not 24H so if you go outside and return midnight, the door is locked but the manager will wake up and open the door for you. You will feel guilty to wake Yukka up. So better to give access for the key

Great central location, walking distance from Sukhbaatar Square. So, you take the bus from the airport to this square and then it's an easy walk to the hostel. Also, from there you can walk to the bus stop for the bus (both M5 & 4:17A) to the Central Train Station (2 stops). Perfectly situated on the elevated ground floor, it offers very easy access. It's a very very clean place. The beds offer curtains, light and socket. In the bathrooms you find soap and shower gel. Breakfast is included, something with local taste. Little english is spoken but the lady understands your needs. Do not expect travel advice though. Cash is well accepted, credit card asks for a surcharge. When the weather allows it, there is a small but nice sitting area outside.
It's actually a home where family members (kids and adults) live. No common kitchen to use, there is just hot water and tea/coffee you can prepare. The sitting area is free to use when the family is out or sleeping. I did not spend much time inside and when I did, I was mainly sitting on my bed. The photos do not exactly represent the actual situation, it feels smaller that it's shown. Would I choose it again? YES.

The property itself seemed new and was very clean, located 10 minutes from the square.
The bed in the dorms was comfortable, each bed had a curtain, a lamp and a shelf. We also received a small breakfast in the morning. All in all it was worth the price
Unfortunately, even though l liked the overall stay, me and boyfriend booked a privet room in which the owner gave to other people that just came around before us, even after messaging here that we are arriving. Not only that but lied that someone is sick. I gave it a good score since compared to other placed Iv’e stayed at, at Ulaanbataar it was good. But be warned you may be double booked and need to make sure beforehand that your room is saved for you.

Good and quiet location. New and super clean facility.
When i was there they didn't have hot water for a while. In addition, the price is a bit expensive for a solo traveller considering the fact that the shower and toilet are outside of the room.

It was very clean, modern and good location
Its all about money, didnt see any pleasure of hosting.They advertise a shared kitchen but there is not, there was no hot water due to construction fair enough. I asked for a small discount of only 2$ but with big discussion. small children working there cleaning the rooms, 20$ fine If you break a glass, at breakfast i asked if they have milk for the coffee and I got a rough answer: this is not a 5 star hotel, they offer taxi to airport for 130000, when I asked for the drivers number just in case of anything, the answer was no and if I don't trust I could cancel. before I asked for help downloading the ubcab app - the lady strongly told me not to do it, they would be so expensive, later I found out it was like 80000 and found other taxi services online. Only word from the company member driver was about money (which I already payed in the hostel). Basically no heart here just business

- The breakfast was quite good; the host waited for us to wake up and then cooked a hot breakfast.
- The location is perfect, a three-minute walk to the central square, where there is a bus stop for the airport and bus stops for other travel.
There is a big table in the living room where we could have a cozy space to talk with other travelers.
There is a room that must be accessed through another room, so we must remain silent late at night.

Its location is amazing, in downtown UB close to the main parks and museums, unbeatable for the price range. It's very homey, very cosy, and the owner is very friendly and accommodating :)
Definite recommend and one of the better hostels I've been to!
It would be better if it had some soap in the bathrooms
