really good place to stay

There were lovely decorations, the bed was comfortable and the place was homey. Each room has its own lock and uses a door code, like the apartment door (which the manager/owner gives you). The place itself was such a nice surprise and so relaxing, with cute decorations. And there was a cool library of unique travel books at my location (to read while there - not to remove from the guesthouse). I stayed twice and each room had a mini fridge, which was cool.

Nice view, wide kitchen. Hostel staffs are nice! If you stay for one night, it will be perfect. If staying longer, you better get glossary items all at once since supermarket is not nearby.

My room was pleasant, simple, and quite comfortable. I booked a twin room with private bathroom on floor 3. It had two good single beds, clean sheets and towels, electric kettle, good shower stall, desk, chair, tables, a window and enclosed terrace overlooking a big playground area for kids. I slept well and only heard other guests occasionally through the door or on the stairs. The room was not too hot for summer. I used a fan that was provided by the staff. There is a shared kitchen on the top floor. You must use the stairs in this building, there are no elevators. The staff is very kind; thanks especially to Daava, her sister and daughter. Laundry service is available. The staff arranged an airport transfer for me, which was much appreciated. The area is lively, women and men can walk around day and night, which I did. You can easily walk onto Peace Avenue and Seoul street within 10 minutes. I walked to Sükhbaatar Square and to museums in 20-40 minutes. There are frequent city busses as well. The local area is an old neighborhood of Ulaanbaatar, so be aware that there are sometimes vagrants in the area, and that the hostel building is not fancy or new; but inside the room I was quite comfortable, so I have no complaints at all. There are numerous vegetable vendors just outside the hostel, and a mini-market, with other supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores and shopping centers close by (5-8 minutes). The train station is nearby.

Very clean. There is a table in the room and you can work. The stuff is friendly and speak English.

Frankly when we compare prices even around there is no photo ... the building looks a little old and the surroundings but once inside it’s cool ,.. entrance with electronic badge, dormitories of 60 m2!! quite quiet with balcony and soundproof closure 6 large beds, access with code ( so no key ... ) a spacious bathroom with shower cabin with hydromassage jets!! , real living room has all the floors and has reception , regular household , a huge shared kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, basic product available ( tea, oil etc ...) lélévision with international channels , Wifi impeccable everywhere , fresh and purified water at the reception, free luggage guarding, a friendly and discreet reception... mainly feminine , available ones they gave me a lot of information and even booked tickets Almost in front there is a vegetable market 7/7 cheaper than supermarkets ... and a long trees walk trail with pretty nice greenery I allow myself this praise (without compensation or part taken ...) because I have visited more than 80 countries and frankly it is rare even at the level of the price compare to more expensive chicken cages that have can see elsewhere ...

i liked that our room had a balcony to the backyard, staff was extremely nice and helpful. from the outside it looks really run down and shady (we almost wanted to run when the taxi stopped there) but its surprisingly nice insides
