Korean-oriented hotel with little bit tired rooms equipped pretty much well for living and cooking. Good location
Staff don't speak english well, but this is the main problem of whole Mongolia tourism industry

Close enough to walk to city center
Clean linens
No personal safe in the room to secure passports / valuables.
NO COFFEE IN THE ROOM.
Dirty room. - do not look under the bed. PILES of dust. peeling wallpaper, random holes in the wall from previous hanging items. Washing machine was DIRTY. I washed my clothes after spending the night in the desert, and my clothes were FULL of pet/people hair
Bottled water was not included in the room apparently. There was a single bottle of water in the fridge when I arrived. I put the DND sign on the door while I stayed, asked the front desk for a single bottle of water on my last day and explained that I didnt get any from housekeeping. They made me pay for it - not expensive, but irritating.

the location is quite nice, not far from the city center. the personnel is very attentive especially the Russian speaking friend. the overall room is awesome, very spacious and quite comfortable. the breakfast as noted by many other guests is good and Id say rich in the choice of dishes
although not at all depending from the hotel itself, but some rooms are close to the construction work and the night club, but if available the personnel is ready to move the guests to another room
