The staff are very friendly and super helpful! They are attentive and thoughtful too, particularly front line staff Amarbold who went out of his way to assist us on many occasions during our 5 nights stay. We have such good memories of Guide Hotel including the nice breakfast buffet spread.

Being a 2 star property they don't even replace towels and toiletries not even once after asking for a week long stay ... then they don't understand English... There were kettle in room photo but when asked they didn't understood

Good location and starting point for exploring Ulaanbaatar. Clean, well-equipped room and bathroom. Good breakfasts. I recommend.

Good and big room
No aircon in the room. Some people at the reception dont speak good English and didnt provide much information on things I needed in Ulan Bator. Good other travelers knew where to exchange money or other little things

Not much to be honest, the personnel was nice at the beginning but in the end more and more indifferent and unfriendly.
Breakfast very basic but still ok
The hotel is completely run down, hole in the door, ripped walls, messed up sheets, see pictures.

The location is convenient. 10 to 15 minute walk to the main square and supermarkets and ATMs very close by. The State department store is an easy 25 minute walk. Some of the staff can speak English and do their best to be helpful. The rooms and bedding are clean.
Its old and a bit crumbling. No attempt to repair peeling paint in the rooms or fallen bricks on the outside. Its very basic. Walls are very thin you can hear everything outside your room and in adjoining rooms.

First of all the Beakfast was very good and a lot. the suff was trying to do there best and was very friendly an helpful from this side all was very good !!
the location of the Hotel is not far from the city center but the area did look very bad ! The Hotel is in a Backyard and very hard to find, my room was very simple ,old and not very inviting also the shower was not working good
