Outstanding Service with staff are warm, efficient, and going "above and beyond".
Prime Location: Central Ulaanbaatar, within walking distance to major shopping centers (E-mart Shopping Centre, Metropolis), museums, and restaurants beds comfortable, with good quality bedding and pillows, plus effective air conditioning and minibars. New carpets, refreshed amenities, and improved AC are appreciated.
On-Site Facilities: An indoor gym, restaurants, bar, and 24-hour front desk add convenience.
Breakfast: A good buffet with variety, though suggest room for improvement. Respectable security
Bathrooms or facilities, feels like out dated or need upgrades, despite recent renovations.

The service and room were decent, as always. The staff are friendly and professional, which makes the stay comfortable.
One confusing thing was breakfast — during my last stay, it was served on the 5th floor, but this time it was on the 1st floor and no one informed me about the change. The 1st-floor Chinese restaurant is still the same, but unfortunately, both the food and service were disappointing. It would be great if the hotel offered a European or Mongolian restaurant option instead.Communication about breakfast and an upgrade in restaurant options would make the experience even better.

I really enjoyed my stay at Chinggis Khaan Hotel. The cocktail bar on the 1st floor is absolutely amazing — they have a great selection of gins and the cocktails are outstanding. The hotel staff are very friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even more comfortable.
The only downside was the toilet being a bit outdated, but everything else was excellent. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel with great service and atmosphere.

I had a pleasant stay at Chinggis Khaan Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the overall experience warm and welcoming. The rooms are cozy and spacious, providing a comfortable place to relax after a long day.
However, the toilet and some facilities feel a bit outdated and could use some upgrades. The breakfast was decent, though it could be improved with more variety and freshness.

The hotel is the best value for your money. Breakfast had a variety of good, delicious food served by friendly staff. The location is also convenient, and we were able to walk almost everywhere. You can walk to the main historical and cultural attractions of the city on foot. It is located near some of the best restaurants in town, including Indian and Japanese, as well as numerous convenience stores. Additionally, there are high-end cashmere flagship stores are nearby. The hotel is a very good value for your money. The rooms were very clean and serviced very well. The bed is very comfortable with good-quality soft sheets. The bed mattress was perfectly comfortable. We received much more service and a comfortable stay for the money we paid. One of the best hotels in Mongolia in terms of value for the money, trained staff, location, and facilities. The rooms had new and quiet air conditioning, which kept us cool throughout our stay.

Old facilities, you have to tell them to change the towel after cleaning, breakfast as an international hotel is zero, black tea tea bag is not available in the hotel even when you ask for it, and they say only green tea!!! This hotel should be renovated

The bed was poorly made, the room was dark with poor lighting, disposable towels were missing, there was no comb or beard trimmer, and the hem of the blanket was frayed.
