Was there multiple times during this trip, essentially a base for visiting other places in Mongolia. So pleased wit this hotel: smooth process, very large and very comfortable rooms, even the bathroom was very large and well-appointed, perfectly clean, very comfortable bed and bedding, great housekeeping, large breakfast selection, on-site bar if that’s of interest, efficient laundry service, perfect location for walking to everything: museums, temples, restaurants, shops, music venues.
No complaints at all.

Roof-top restaurant with a nice view!
1. Breakfast was disappointing. If this hotel claims to be 5-star, the breakfast felt closer to 3-star quality.
2. My room was on the 15th floor, yet the smell from the breakfast restaurant reached all the way up. Every morning, omelets were being cooked without proper equipment or ventilation, and the lingering smell of burnt oil spread throughout the hotel. Definitely not the standard one would expect from a 5-star property.

I liked the included breakfast
They sold the room as a 3 people room (king bed and a sofa bed). There was no sofa bed, just a small couch and no sheets, I did not pull out to be a bed. I informed the staff about this and they said I was meant to sleep on top of the couch, without provided sheets. I feel like that was false advertising. So then they offered to send a roll away to the room for an additional charge. We had to do this and the roll away was VERY hard and springy and I did not enjoy my stay in the room due to this.
Also the drainage in the showers was horrible.

The property was extremely comfortable and the staff was wonderful. We got in at about 3:30 in the morning with one staff and one train waiting for us. They knew our names and they made things go very quickly so we could get to our room and just get to sleep. We also loved the breakfast! Really delicious offerings!

Very kind staff, helped with everything that we needed even when arriving late from a Greek and needing laundry and also early in the morning before leaving to the airport made us packed breakfast. Very kind and thoughtful staff!
The location wasn’t the best, it was quite far away from shopping centres and was more in an industrial area.

Perfect location, wonderful room service until late hours, beautiful lounge at the very top of the building overlooking the city and with mountain view.
On booking.com there was written a long list of SPA & Wellness services which were in truth not available. That was a bit of a bummer as we chose the hotel because we were coming back from a long trek in outer Mongolia and we wanted to have a full recovery day before going back home. There was nothing available except for the full body massage but with only one masseur, so couldn't do in a couple. Not a tragedy, however we choose the hotel on purpose so a bit disappointed
