Very Good
Rooms are very spacious and clean. Property is walking distance to the main attractions the city offers. Staff is very professional and friendly. I was on the 11th floor, My room was spacious, bathroom was very clean and spacious too. Plenty of windows and sunlight. It is worth for the money you are paying per night. I will definitely recommend this hotel, I will book it again whenever I come back to Ulaanbaatar.
The outside entrance to the hotel needs improvement. The night I reached out the property for the first time, I really hesitated to enter. I thought I had made a mistake by booking a very low level hotel. But my traveler instinct said, just give it a chance and try. Well, nice surprise. Building inside is nice, very clean, and well kept.
Breakfast can improve. Since I stayed 4 nights it became boring. It was the same every single day. Last day I actually skipped it and had something else around.

The Wi-Fi is 100% ok, the cleanness is very good, the water heater was ok from the first days but on last 3 days it was not working much as i reported but nothing was done till i came back
I didn't like their shower system because the heater was not functioning at one time till i came back.

The room was spacious. The Wi-Fi was good. Staffs are friendly.
We stayed in the Alpha Hotel for 10 nights and the room had no hot water for 6 nights. The air-conditioning didn't work on the first night and the hotel staff needed to move us to another room. However, the new room didn't have hot water for 6 nights and they did not assign us to another room or fix the problem. Also, there were a few power outages during the last two days of our stay. Someone was trapped in the elevator for more than an hour!
Breakfast was so-so. Not enough supply in most of the day. The sofa chairs in the dining lounge are too low. It was uncomfortable sitting there to eat. I demand that the hotel should compensate us 20% for our uncomfortable stay. None of the staff speak English, so we managed to use Google Translate to communicate.

Breakfast was good. Enjoyed it. Staff are very friendly and helpful though some language issue.
I booked a standard twin beds room, but got a room with one large king size bed plus an additional bunk. Very disappointed.

The staff was nice and went above and beyond to help you. The breakfast was not a buffet but a set menu and it was a lot of food. It was good to have a family room to have our children near us and not a separate room.
