Exceptional
The place is wonderful. The location is perfect—you can walk down to the lake, or sit on the balcony or terrace and have tea. The rooms are large and bright, the beds are comfortable, and everything has been thoughtfully designed. The staff is wonderfully polite and helpful.
It's a shame we were practically alone, it was empty and quiet, it was too cold to swim in the pool, and there was no breakfast buffet. We'll come back in the summer. Thank you.

Breakfast, pool, garden and location are wonderfull!
The hygiene standard is quite low, as is generally the case in state-run hotels. Also, the mattress is very poor – when you lie near the edge, it bends so much that you could easily fall off.

The staff were very nice, very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived they realized that we were two adults with a baby (not 3 grown ups) so they lowered the price which was unexpected but a pleasant surprise. The food was good and the room was comfortable.
The place is not entirely stroller-friendly, there were only stairs to reach the pool, and also to get to the restaurant, you have to get down 4-5 stairs. Additionally, the pool water was cold so we did not get to go inside. But overall, we had a pleasant stay ?

the man who met us at the reception , also his collegue with the short blond hair , the waiters at the restaurant (especially the one who was serving us the first evening and the last morning),the view from our room was amazing , also the room . food was excellent as well .
