Location is great, breakfast is also ok.
The hotel advertises a spa, but it is not actually available to hotel guests. One evening we wanted to use it, but we were told that it had been booked for a private event and was closed to guests.

Located in city center. Nice small hotel. Very friendly staff. ( mention should be made about the receptionist - we stayed between 11-13 April). Clean rooms. One room was upgraded free of charge for our confort. Quiet area. Very good breakfast. Good WiFi in all areas. We haven’t use the swimming pool or the spa facilities due to lack of time !
The bed in one room was not so comfortable. It makes a lot of noise at every movement. Storage spaces not ergonomically placed. Parking with extra charge.

The junior room for our family of three was fantastic. great bathroom, large room, coffee machine, balcony! Breakfast was very good, and the staff in the hotel is extremely kind and always on our service!

Very close to the center. Two shopping malls in 10 minutes walk. 15 minutes walk from the Bazar. Staff was very friendly, cleaning was good. The room was a little old fashioned and in need of a little renovation. For the price, this was a real bargain.
The room door got stuck. The coffee at breakfast was not tasty and they could do with more vegetables.

Great breakfast and friendly staff
My car was towed during check in because the hotel gate was locked and the staff didn’t move my car into the parking garage quickly enough. No urgency whatsoever and the night manager made it seem like it was my fault. I could barely sleep after the interaction. The breakfast and location are nice, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have a car.

Great breakfast and it was included in the price of the hotel. The staff was also very friendly.
I reserved parking and my car was towed while checking in. There is nowhere to park, besides on the street outside and it was gone within minutes. Don't recommend staying here if you have a vehicle. Also, if you have an American Visa card, prepare to have it rejected. We weren't the only guest to experience credit card rejections.

The breakfast was excellent. A package can be made for guest if guest missed breakfast for business reason. The location was excellent for my purpose because I had business near the city center. The staff was excellent.
I compared my room with another room which my cohort reserved and stayed in. My room did not have coffee service with a pot that can heat up water. The hotel did not charge additionally for coffee at the bar/gallery, but did charge for tea! The TV did not work on day one of my stay . The TV did not have any news service in English
