The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of choices and delicious food. The kitchen staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, and you can easily walk to everywhere.
The hotel check-in time at 15:00 is quite late. There was a queue during check-in, and we asked 4–5 times, but the rooms were still not ready. We were only able to get the keys at 15:30. In the spa area and around the pools on the 4th floor, the paint on the ceilings was peeling off. Although the floors were occasionally cleaned by the staff, the area was not properly maintained. Unfortunately, the saunas were always cold. The space is very small, and there is no staff member constantly available to assist guests. We could not find anyone to make a massage appointment. Overall, I think the facilities feel outdated and need renovation.

The location is great. It's close to everything I need to use. The room was fine.
The walls are thin and the hotel seems to attract very loud guests. I found it hard to relax and will be booking elsewhere in future.

Perfect location. Very helpflul and polite staff and decent breakfast buffet. I had a Massage and it was sooo good!
The lighting or windows in the room was a bit too dark. It always felt like evening time on a cloudy day. But that's just me and very minor.

Location was amazing!! Room was extremely clean and spacious. All the staff was extremely friendly and attentive the entire time. The entire process from check in to checkout was very pleasant. Would absolutely recommend this property to anybody and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Skopje!

Perfect location, very helpful staff that are always available. The hotel inside is beautiful and glamorous. You step outside and you’re on a beautiful square and can walk to many different historical monuments. The spa was wonderful and the service at the spa was great too.
We weren’t too fond of the breakfast, for that price we expected it to be very good. A lot of the dishes were average and when it was busy there were no tables for us.

Was problem with the taxi drivers, the problem was create by the receptionist witch says do not go with the taxi that already waiting for me. Because i was cancelled that ride the driver treat me and it was a very bad situation involving the security from the hotel but nobody help me and i was late need to go to the airport. Just to give me space i pay for the ride for both or the drivers because i was afraid for my live actually.

The location is right on the main city square. Fantastic. The room was very nice - appointed to a high standard. The spa facilities (same floor as our room) are very nice/enjoyable. Breakfast was very good, with lots of high-quality choices and good service. The front desk staff were great. We arrived a bit early but they found us a nice room that was ready and checked us in early.

Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices—everything was delicious, and the environment was very clean. The staff were really nice and helpful. The spa was also great: clean and very relaxing. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the historical part of the city and the center.

I’ve stayed at this hotel four or five times now, and each time has been a pleasure. The hotel is incredibly clean, and the staff is extremely serious, professional, and welcoming.
Compared to last year, this year’s lasagna was extremely disappointing. It was dry and lacked the usual complimentary bread. Additionally, my wife’s salad, which included specific ingredients, was missing two of them. Additionally I paid a considerable amount for my stay even though breakfast was not included which was a bit weird!
