Exceptional stay from start to finish! The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. Excellent location, great breakfast, and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Location was convenient right by the city center, staff was great, so helpful, especially Marina! The room was really spacious and comfortable! Also, for my liking, beds and mattresses were great!!

Very Good
Location close enough to the bus station and the centre, some 15 - 20 min walk. Not much restaurants or cafés nearby, not my favourite neighbourhood to walk around at dark. The breakfast is very good and the reception services are good.

Good location, underground garage. Breakfast was ok, can't complain.
Very dirty. Extremely dirty. I have never been in a more dirty hotel. Terace has never been cleaned. My kid went out to terrace and returned with dirty hands and feet. I was amazed, its not your normal dust dirt. Its black dirt. Pitch black. Bathroom has mold everywhere, even in the faucet. I just hope that bed sheets were clean, but at this point its irelevant, I had no choice then to sleep over.

The hotel is very good value, clean and located not too far from the center. It offers a good selection of breakfast, nothing extraordinary but perfectly sufficient. The room we booked (junior suite) was extremely spacious with a living room and bedroom part. It also had a balcony and a normal bathroom. These were all clean as well and generally comfortable. Whilst the furniture is quite old, this did not make our stay any worse. Overall we were pleased with the price-to-comfort ratio and we would gladly stay here again when coming to Skopje. We can certainly reccomend to other travellers too.
There were only a few small things worth pointing out which could benefit from improvement. Since there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, this did get quite wet. Installing one would certainly be useful. The safe, whilst present, did not work so this is also a small thing to fix. The most major aspect we would appreciate in seeing an improvement in, is transparency in pricing. Since the hotel does not charge upfront, but rather at checkout, we would have appreciated an advance information as to whether our credit card will be charged in Euros or Macedonian Denars. Whilst we were told the price in Euros upon checkout, the actual transaction was conducted in Denars. We had no chance to double-check that the amount requested on the card terminal actually corresponded to the amount charged in Euros and displayed on the booking website. In the end, we were overcharged by about 10 Euros including exchange fees. Whilst this is not a terribly big deal, more transparency would be appreciated. Simply stating that "we only charge in Denars" would be sufficient. At least this gives some time to review the price and correct rate. We did receive an invoice though which was positive. Nonetheless we would stay here again, would appreciate an improvement in this regard though.

A lovely property located in the heart of Skopje, just steps away from the city's main attractions and conveniently close to the bus terminal The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, featuring a double door separating it from the elevator area-an uncommon detail that ensured peace and quiet, rarely found in most hotels. The staff was very friendly and speak english. The breakfast was good.
