Spa experience was great. The owner was very helpful to accommodate our needs
It would be nice to have few sachets of coffee and black tea bags as a welcome convenience gesture but I guess coming from Poland and living in England we appreciate black tea more than other nations do Everything else was fantastic and we have already booked another stay Joan Apartments and Spa It was lovely

Clean, bright, spacious, private, big terraces with views, well equipped and jacuzzi. Location 10 minutes from the central pedestrian area.
Mattress could be more comfortable. Checkout 10 am is quite early since checkin is from 3pm.

Quiet neighbourhood, with a newly reconstructed and fully furnished apartment that has a very romantic vibe (especially the bed, lights and the jacuzzi). Perfect for couples and alike. Everything is working on key codes so the whole apartment is very accessible.
Overall everything was great, however, the apartment could use a more in-depth cleaning. It was clean, but certain areas were a bit dirty, for example, underneath the bed, sofa and corners of the ceiling. Nevertheless, I would book this apartment again.

Clean, spacious, well equipped room. Clear, easy to follow check in instructions. Enjoyed using the private spa. Parking was available although the road was pretty busy. Straight forward 20min walk to the city centre.

Very clean apartment with everything you need. Good location within walking distance from the center. Fast and efficient communication with the host.
We couldn't use SPA because babies are not allowed. Also, we didn't get a baby cot.

I was surprised because it was a very nice and well-prepared apartment, spacious and elegant inside, and you have all the things you need for an apartment; within 10 minutes you can find grocery stores and restaurants where you can eat something; the manager is very polite, helpful, and quick to respond; checking in to the apartment yourself is basically easy if you know how to use the numeric panel and patiently make a few attempts; good wifi
I came to Skopje after a long break and forgot how dirty this city is - of course, the very center is being cleaned, but a little further away it is tragic, so, leaving the apartment meant coming across a pile of rubbish, buildings that were dilapidated and full of graffiti, cats roaming around and homeless people sleeping on benches; of course, it is not the apartment's fault, but it is worth knowing that the area is ugly and neglected; you have to walk about 20-25 minutes to the historical center

Very friendly and communicative staff, helped a lot and was fully open to resolve anything we had. Loved the private spa, as well as the whole design of the apartment. It is made with great taste and good quality. Especially loved the mood lighting and the tv & audio equipment and the "cabana" garden. Very comfy beds too!!!
There was nothing I disliked - everything is just great!
