Location is calm near a big supermarket in circa 15 min walking u can reach the main square many coffee around as well .. staff was so friendly and nice .. I checked in on Saturday, but everything was well organized

Wonderful
Was here to run the marathon. The location was very good and accessible to downtown and old city locations, as well as the start and finish of the marathon itself. Also fairly quiet and noise cancelling unit. Andrijana was really helpful for checking in and a great host, also helped to provide details for local restaurants, cafes, delivery, etc.

Pretty good location not too far from the city center. Close by to the Skopje bus terminal. Easily accessible via taxi or public bus. Staff were extremely polite and helpful and responded quickly.
The bathroom had a pile of ants that crawled out from somewhere. Additionally, the room itself wasn’t the cleanest. I found trash from the previous guest underneath the bed and hair in the shower. I expected more, especially considering the price per night. Again, the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Super kind host (Monika). Everything was arranged for our arrival, we even got a private parking space in front of the building.
It's conveniently located, close to downtown. Monika also sent us recommendations for restaurants and bars around including a great vegan place. We loved it!
The shower could do with a changed sealant as it was getting dark/green-ish, which is not very pleasant.

The property was easy to reach and in a good location, in an era that felt safe to walk even during the middle of the night. There were also a couple of restaurants nearby. The host was also nice and she gave us some good suggestions of things around.
The hotel room we got was not very clean and a bit dated. The hotel also doesn’t have very clear signage and when we got there late at night, we were not sure if it was the correct place. While we had good interactions with the receptionist, that was mostly through online communication since she was not very present in the place. For example, on the last day we wanted to leave our luggage in order to explore a bit the city before our flight, but we could not because there was no one at the desk .

Overall impression is exceptional. The host, Dimitri, is true example of how to run a hotel and a family business. If you need any assistance or suggestion what to see or where to eat, he will gladly help you.
Hotel is close to city center (10 min walk) and there are few malls which are open during weekends (exchange offices work every day). For those who travel by car, host can arrange parking place, and also next to hotel is a gas station (MAKPETROL).
Rooms are clean, spacious and decorated with taste. Also there is a refrigerator and large TV. Bathrooms are clean and well equipped. Staff is very pleasant and will help in every situation. Since we were at February, heating was excellent and you can manually set temperature.
Near front desk is a bar where you can make yourself a tea or a coffee. Also you can use dishes (plates, kitchen utensils etc) if you want to eat at hotel.
Next time we visit Skopje, we will definitely stay at City5.
Everything was perfect and above our expectations.

We were very pleased with our stay in general. Dimitri and Monika helped us in every way. Cleanliness, facilities, location, security, smiling faces and satisfaction were all great. We really liked the places we went to on their recommendations. Thank you very much for everything. See you on our next trip.
The only criticism I can make is that it would have been very useful to have slippers in the room. We can add this as a recommendation.
