Domacin izuzetno prijatan i predusretljiv. Podzemna garaza je izuzetan bonus (rampa na ulazu u zgradu+garazna rolo-vrata, sve na daljinski). Apartman na prvom spratu nove zgrade opremljen kao stan za svakodnevni zivot. Tus kabina je bas prostrana, veca od standarda. Za pusace postoji balkon na kom nema mesta da se sedne ali je sasvim dovoljan da se popije kafa "s'nogu". Centar grada na desetak minuta hoda.

Location close to the city center and to all restaurants,good underground parking,comfortable beds .
In the bathroom there is missing one of the shower doors so all the water is spread on the floor.

I had a fantastic stay at this property. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. The secure private parking was a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

They have a parking spot underground. The location is 20 minutes walking from the city center (old Bazar). Many restaurants and shops are at 5-10 minutes walking or even less. The host was ok. The payment was done by card, because he has a POS.
Almost the entire things into the apartment look old or bad.In the bathroom the shower has only one door (the second one is missing). The support for toilet paper was missing. The sink faucet was scratched and rusted, the balcony door from the bedroom was broken and even it was closed, all noise from outside was heard inside.
All in all, this apartment needs a big investment.After 2 nights i went to another location (close to this one) and i paid the same amount of money for a 2 bedroom apartments and the confort was totally different (like 5 stars for that one compare to 1 star for this one).

This is our second time staying in this apartment. Generally speaking - we like everything about it - the location, the comfort, the parking, the host, ... Pretty much everything is up to expectation honestly. Highly recommended, without a doubt.

They was only one towel to use for everything. Also, there is not enough lightning in the bathroom. The shower cabine needs deep clean unfortunately I didn't use.

Good location, new building, secured, with an underground parking lot, close to city center, easy to reach. Bars close by, also shops. For us, as a one night stop, it was perfect.
The street is a little noisy (or the location isn't perfectly soundproofed). The apartment was clean but it was obvious that the cleaning was made in a hurry.
